Sequim Health & Rehab was pretty good and they did a really good job for my mom. The majority of the time, they met her needs. They may not have enough people there for the people that they have. The staff was very professional and caring. They had a game room, Bingo, concerts with people coming in to sing, and someone who does hair. What was nice about their skilled nursing is they had Wii bowling and what I liked about their physical therapy was they made it fun and engaging. They had very creative ways of getting people to move their bodies.

patient care is not a priority with calls of "help" heard on a continuing basis. waits for assistance are long due to lack of staffing. food is not nutrition based, cold, uncooked and limited. no fruit, salads or desserts. hydration is limited to an interested party providing some water, no constant push of liquids. staff can be disagreeable and argumentative, but you'll be blamed for being a problem if you get fed up after repeated requests for basic things.

Rooms are ok .when you saw the staff sometimes you would have to yell for them to stop. Bingo arts and crafts . I had sores on my backside and I had to ask the nurses to please check my dressings . Sometimes you would have to wait for help after using the restroom to get cleaned up . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE !!!!!!!!

My uncle was sent here while he recoups from being in hospital. He is 88 years old and a retired Marine Vet. These people treat him like garbage. He is in so much pain and no one checks on him for hours. He is now going back to hospital due to pain he is in. Unfortunately he will have to come back here. Isn't there any place that cares about the patients and hire quality staff instead of how much profit they can make. Really sad.

My mother was sent to this center. We had family constantly staying with her. What we notice that we had little contact with the support staff. They walk up and down the hallway but never check in on her. When she need helped the male nurse said let me find someone that could assist. Ten minutes later a cna walked by and ask her to help and she said she would go to the nurses station and that nurse was no where to be found. We took her home and with no trained staff just her family we are doing a better job then that place. I highly suggest do not use this place. Research and visit the centers before making any decisions.

My husband was sent to Sequim Health from the hospital, and it was good. The first two and a half months were very good, but my husband was anxious to get home because he was doing better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had lots of activities for the residents.

The experience was fine, and dad got physical therapy and occupational and speech therapy every day at Sequim. I thought that it was a nice place, people were very accommodating, and the staff was very nice, but he didn’t like the food.

The place seemed to be very clean and all of the staff seemed to be very friendly. There was free coffee and family rooms with flat screen tv's in them. The beds all seemed to be clean and they had a lot of extra activities for people living there to participate in.
