My father has lived at Northgate Plaza for nine years. He has enjoyed the friendly kind staff and his friends, the comfort of a pleasant apartment, and activities such as music, anagrams, and parties. We are very happy with the continual care and support he has received and always feel welcome. We have appreciated the meticulous protocols with Covid-19 and the extra steps staff has taken to reduce the residents' isolation. Northgate Plaza is conveniently located by stores, the library, a park, and a hospital. We highly recommend this warm caring place.

We are right on major bus lines and we are also across the street from stores like Target, Best Buy, and Ross and we are less than one block from a gym with a pool, a public library, a bank, a Starbucks and a post office. We are also tucked away enough from the main thoroughfare to create a cozy private atmosphere with spacious community outdoor spaces. Our community is actually walkable by seniors to so many businesses and other amenities.

I like Northgate Plaza. It was the first one that offered, 'Do we want to be picked up?' It was Axel who came out. He was friendly and nice. So he got Uber. He was personable. He engaged with my mom the best he can. He showed us around. It was very clean and very nice in there. They were having like a pony day, so they brought in a pony. The staff offered us lunch before we Ubered back. Mom and I went ahead and accepted that one. We both had cheeseburgers and it was a very nice cheeseburger. It was just a nice time. The clients were coming through smiling and speaking. My mom seemed to be happy, so that was nice. However, they do not do anything with memory care. The upkeep was very nice. Everything looked nice, polished, and neat and everything was in its place. It was very nice inside. They keep it clean. They're assisted living, so they're moving around and doing their own thing, and that was nice to see.

I went to Northgate Plaza. They were fine. We walked to the dining room and a couple of apartment samples. Then we sat at a desk and talked a lot about possibilities. Northgate Plaza has no way to get food to my wife in the room. We saw a studio and a one-bedroom. On Thursday afternoon, they have an open bar. The place is really nice.

My partner lived at Northgate Plaza, and it was lovely. They had good and caring staff. The food was adequate. They had a coffee bar, recreation room, bingo, music and festival entertainment.

Northgate Plaza was an older facility with small rooms, but the staff was good, helpful, and friendly. They answered all of our questions and toured us around. They were closer to the city, and the price seemed higher, but the updates weren't there. It looked really dated, wasn't inviting, and didn't have the fresh feeling that we were looking for.

I was able to visit Northgate Plaza, and I saw that they have a lot of activities; they all looked good. My only concern was that we like walking, and there is a lot of traffic around Northgate. It looked beautiful, but I felt it was more formal.

Northgate Plaza was very nice, and the layout was very nice. The room was very nice as well and nicely laid out. I think food was included, and the staff was very accommodating. It's very close to shopping.

Our visit at Northgate Plaza was fine. The rooms were very large and very nice. The staff that gave us a tour was very helpful. The food was very good. They had a big calendar of daily activities.

It's a lovely place, I just wish there were more activities for residents. My dad enjoys playing cards, cribbage etc. There are a couple games going on during the week...Bingo and something else..but it would be nice if there was something like that to look forward to each day.

We chose Northgate Plaza for my in-laws as the facility for us seemed great and affordable. The facility is beautiful, the staff was very kind, and the food was great. They offer quite a lot to do. Every Friday they have happy hour kind of entertainment. They are keeping their residents socially stimulated.

I never thought tha att my age, I would make so many new friends. All the items and services that I need are within walking distancee, and an express business bus to downtown Seattle stops at my door.
