My dad is taken care at Fieldstone at a very high level. Staff is helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. The activities are engaging and the rooms are kept clean and organized. My dad is made to feel important and cared for by all.

Fieldstone is like a family. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make the residents and their families feel welcome. The facility is very clean and decorated in a homey feel. We are very happy with the care my mom receives and she has always has nothing but positive things to say.

Communication is a constant issue. I have gone so far a speaking directly with the executive to address the issue. Calls are often not returned. Messages not passed to the appropriate parties. Misinformation provided ect. Now even he won't return my calls as the issues he promised would be fixed never were. Full of empty promises. The staff are kind and my loved one is safe, but for the amount we pay I expect more than the bare minimum. I regret moving my family to this facility. In addition the turn over of staff is alarming and hints at bigger issues. I do not recommend this facility. They talk a nice game but it's all lies and lipservice.

Fieldstone Memory Care Puyallup was nice. It was a beautiful new facility. The staff was very friendly. It's an affordable place.

I've visited Fieldstone Memory Puyallup a couple of times, it's beautiful. It's all memory care so it's not all like something squished into a wing of some other kind of place. It's a beautiful area and it's nice. That's part of what we liked about it because some of the other memory care places were just like a wing of their assisted living or whatever. So this is just a total of two floors of memory care. I visited a couple of places, and this was nice. There are lots of amenities and plenty of staff 24/7, and they have lots of high-tech equipment. They have, not like a camera in the apartment, but it's an infrared thing, so they can tell at night if someone isn't in bed, or if they fall or something. So if they're not where the bed is, that can alert them. Plus there are people there all the time right outside on the floor. The staff that I've met are very nice.
