We had a tour of the facility and were very impressed with the spacious rooms, the facilities, the planned activities and the restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone we spoke with seemed very happy with the standard of service they received, the culture there and the lifestyle they enjoyed. When the time comes for my mom to take this next step, she’s excited to be part of this community.

Beautiful like-new facility. High ceilings make the rooms seem bigger. Apartments have lovely full kitchens and lots of storage space. Pool and spa/salon areas are immaculate and the sun room and outdoor areas inviting.

My wife (a young 78) and I (72) have begun our search for a retirement community. We have looked at four so far. Far and away, the Revel Issaquah is the best so far. Exploring retirement communities is an education unto itself. There are buy-ins and rentals. We only want a rental. The Revel offers a variety of rental options and can lock in a price for up to two years. Some of the places we’ve looked are high pressure (both getting our contact, following-up each week, even though I asked not to). The Revel was just the opposite. We loved our agent, Jim. No pressure. He's a great listener. He was genuinely interested in who we are and our needs/desires/vision for our next chapter. He invited us to stay 2 nights so we had an opportunity to meet residents, sample their gourmet food service (the chefs and servers are great), and get a feel for the living atmosphere. Staff at all levels live the ethic of service and were there for anything we needed. They made us feel like we were staying at a resort hotel. We'll be making a decision in the near future and so far, Revel Issaquah is at the top.

This is just the kind of facility we are looking for and look forward to moving in by July. The amenities, activities, location, staff all contributed to making our decision.

My better half and I made the right choice to take Jim and his staff up on their offer to allow us to visit. We are looking for a place for my mom, as she is at that point in her life--wants a safe and secure place to live, but does not want/need "assisted living." Revel strikes both of us as the kind of place where we want to live when we leave our own family home years from now. It's like living in a luxury apartment complex with a bunch of added amenities.

We came for a tour and an overnight stay in a one bedroom, one bath apartment. The apartment is small, but certainly nice with lots of cupboard and closet space. A single person could live in the one bedroom quite easily. nn We toured several available options. As a couple, we found a two bedroom floor plan suits us best, with one bedroom for use as a bedroom and the second as a den/office or hobby room. Each apartment has a deck. Traffic noise on one side of the building made decks on that side much less appealing. The staff are friendly and helpful, quick to learn and remember names. The transportation options were particuarly attractive, with both a community van making scheduled group trips to places of common interest to residents and individualised car service available as well. They are proud of their food, and deservedly so. Dining is restaurant quality food in a restaurant dining room. There is a fitness rooom and a swimming pool. While both are nice spaces the pool may seem small and the equipment somewhat limited.

My mom was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and talked about moving to town to be closer to the kids/grandkids. We sent an inquiry to Revel-Issaquah and received an immediate response and offer to tour. Jim (sales director) met us at the door and was so great. He spent a good amount of time talking us through all that the facility had to offer - which is ALOT! We walked around the entire facility, had a fantastic lunch, saw a variety of units, and met some wonderful people - both residents and staff. Each of the units we saw were beautiful - new, high quality - great views. The lunch was delicious and the location is perfect. What truly sold us though was the people. Every single person we met, starting with Jim's welcoming smile and engaging energy - to the restaurant staff making sure our meals were perfect - to the residents we were introduced to made my mom feel like this was a place she could call home! She is excited to get moved in and start this next chapter of her life thanks to the wonderful team at Revel-Issaquah.

I took a tour of this facility. It is quite new, and very attractive. The sales manager who gave the tour was very informative, and answered all my questions. I had a lot of detailed questions, which he provided detailed answers to. I was happy to see that their current activity calendar had a LOT of activities each day. The 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom display unit that we toured seems pretty nice. The kitchen was pretty well outfitted - plenty of outlets, reasonable counter and cabinet space for a small-ish apartment. The bathrooms were mostly good, but VERY short on electrical outlets.

We moved from an independent community in Seattle to Revel Issaquah. This is truly one of the best independent senior communities in Washington state. The staff is amazing. They make living here like being in a 5 star hotel. Apartments are complete, with full kitchens, washer/dryer. Amenities include heated indoor salt water pool, jacuzzi, full gym, movie theater, 2 restaurants/pub, 24 hr concierge, management provided transportation, 3 people dedicated to activities, and way more to fit in this description.

I could write a book on Sr apts after touring 15 places. If your loved one is still active, this is the place! New, beautiful apartments w/thoughtful floorplans, large gym, pool, theater, salon. The restaurant (yes, a true restaurant) serves gourmet meals...no set times/set menus...and you can invite friends/family to join you. The activities calendar is always packed. If you no longer drive, Lyft services are included to help you get around. The staff is professional & welcoming. My mom has lived at Revel since Jan 22 and I can tell you I consider the staff my friends too. A special shout out to Jim (sales), Jack/Greta(activities)Raina/AnnMarie/Brea/Edgar (restaurant). Thank you Revel for showing my mom so much love.

Revel Issaquah is brand new and well staffed. The accommodations are exceptionally well thought out and designed for people who are independent living. The staff is caring and helpful. The meals and the food service is exceptionally good. So far, it's a wonderful, wonderful experience for me. They provide housekeeping once a week and wonderful meals. Facility has a beautiful indoor saltwater swimming pool, gymnasium, and an art studio. The activity director is amazing. He has some wonderful activities for everyone of all ages and all capabilities. It is quite expensive, but I think the value is there for the cost.

I moved into Revel Issaquah because it had a nice view of the lake and had really nice units. The apartments are really nice, and it was brand new. If you need someone to help you -- like I had someone help me the first few days to move in and get situated -- then they send somebody to help you. It's independent living but there is assistance if you need it. The units are not air conditioned. My unit has huge windows, and they let the sun just beat down on you. It's very unpleasant, but they're getting air-conditioning units in there; they're working on it. They work on everything that's wrong. They are very nice, helpful, and loving; these people are incredible. The food is unbelievably good. They are accommodating. They had a barbecue there, and they were serving meat. I don't eat meat, so they got me a Beyond burger. I didn't make a big deal of it and I didn't complain. I just said that I don't eat meat, and they said, "Oh, we'll go get you a Beyond burger." I've been to the pool and it's wonderful. They have a saltwater pool, the temperature was perfect, nobody was there, and it is indoors. The place is brand new. I feel like I am getting value for the money. The low community fee is a real draw. It's really nice to have a little community, because if you move in and you don't like it, you can just move out. The place is pretty close to my two daughters.

Revel Issaquah is a beautiful place and it's brand new. It's got close to 100 rooms. It's a four-story building, and the place I'll move into has never been lived in before. They opened up in April and started signing people up, and there are less than 40 people in there now. The apartment I picked out is a one-bedroom and it's just gorgeous. It's 600 feet, and it's just what I wanted. They have a dog walking area that's fenced in. We had lunch there yesterday and it was delicious. My son-in-law and my daughter both agreed what a nice place it was. I couldn't ask for anything better. They come in for once-a-week cleaning, they do all your sheets, and there's plenty of activities going on. They have this Thursday an opening up special and they're going to have a big party. It's really what I hope to see and hope to get. The staff was very good. They seem to keep the people busy. You get security. You can't get into the building without the person buzzing you in and she's right inside the door. You don't have to worry about people coming in there that shouldn't be coming in. I'm on the third floor and it's within 15 and 20 feet of the elevator, so that's good. The food was delicious. I had spaghetti, my daughter had a salad and my son-in-law had a steak. I couldn't ask for anything more. The staff was really good. They came right away when we got into the restaurant. They have a bar, saltwater swimming pool, and a dog place that's fenced in. When you go down there, you don't have to worry about your pet running away. They had all the activities you could ask for. They were keeping them busy and making different items. They've got a sheet that they put out monthly, and it's got all the activities for each day on it. I got a great parking spot down in the basement, so I don't have to worry about finding a spot outside.

My overall experience at Revel Issaquah was very good. It was very nice. It looked like it was just getting started, and it was brand new. It did not seem like they had a lot of people there yet, but it seemed nice. Everything was clean and new. The facilities available to the residents were wonderful. They have a beautiful pool, a hot tub, a little tea garden, a very nice theater, a piano in their reception area, and the dining area is nice too. Everything is very nice. The staff members were very accommodating, very sweet, and very nice. I like them. I like the place. They gave me a piece of cake, which was lovely because it was my birthday.

We've selected Revel Issaquah but mom hasn't moved in yet because it's not open yet. They're fully built out, so it's new construction that's ready to go, but COVID came so they didn't have enough residents yet to open the facility or to staff it. It was excellent, it's absolutely fantastic, and she loved everything about it. It's absolutely independent senior living, the 2 staff ladies that showed us the property were very helpful and very accommodating. The apartment that my mom chose is open style; she has her own kitchen that's fully functional. She likes everything about the property. She also likes that it's restaurant style dining so you don't have a set time. The restaurant is open from 7:00 in the morning to 7:00 in the evening, and you get so many points to your meals that are included in the monthly fee. She likes the independence of it that you're not paying for services that you don't need at this time. They're asking that you don't bring people into the facility, and follow all the guidelines of the state. They have a beautiful indoor saltwater pool, a really nice gym, they have a really nice art room, game room, and a pub; it's just fantastic. She selected something on the first floor so she came right through the door. She's happy, and the brand-new construction is beautiful. They have a concierge so if she needs care, we can bring independent care in, and I like that option. So she's not restricted to the care that's available to the community.
