My dad ended up as a resident at Channel Point Village, but he passed away two weeks after placement there. Channel Point Village was the best place for my dad to be. It gave him back to me. I wasn't his daughter because I was his caregiver. He didn't know me, and after one day there, he knew me, and so I got two weeks. In his last two weeks I got to be a daughter. The people there were so kind. They cared about him. They took care of him. It was the best place in the world for my dad to be in those last two weeks. My dad's room was beautiful. It was roomy and it was all his stuff. It was bright and clean. It was a great space for him to be in. It was extremely clean, friendly, bright and cheerful. Everybody there was very helpful and very happy and very engaged with my dad. The food was all good. It always smelled good, it was well presented, and it was very big portions with a lot of variety. There's absolutely no fault with their food. With regards to value for money, it's certainly within reason as far as I was concerned.

My mother will be moving into Channel Point Village. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was really friendly, caring, and informative. They kept in contact with us regarding her moving. The grounds were well-kept. They had board games and card games. Occasionally, they would do outings where they all would go somewhere. They had a van that could take them around.

I was quite impressed with Channel Point Village. The staff who showed me around was very friendly. I saw the menu, and they served 3 meals a day plus snacks and drinks. I was also impressed with the apartments. There was plenty of space there.
