I put down a deposit at Prestige Senior Living at East Wenatchee. There were a couple of things why we chose them. It was the friendliness of the folks when I first got there. It was the cleanliness and the style of it. It kind of gave you a very warm welcoming feeling. When I toured it, I liked the layout of the apartments. It was good. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcome. They introduced me to other folks that were already there. I was in the kitchen, and I saw them preparing food. It was an advantage to see that they give you fresh vegetables and that type of stuff. It wasn't frozen. The reason that I decided to move there is because of the amenities and the community.

I'm very pleased with Prestige Senior Living at East Wenatchee. I didn't see anything that made me doubt anything. It's lovely and it has a lot of activities for the folks. I spoke with several of the residents and they were very happy. The guide there actually introduced me to every employee we walked by. You could tell that the camaraderie there was very nice. The staff there responded, and they were happy doing their work. They were busy, but they didn't hesitate to interact and share information. They have activities going on all day long. They have games. It's just across the river from the hospital, and there's a clinic right down the road that's very, very close.

I went to look at Prestige Senior Living at East Wenatchee. I was surprised at how many of the staff have been there for ten to 16 years. They genuinely love their jobs and love caring for their residents. The physical appearance was pretty average. It's a little bit of an older facility. The way the staff interacted with the residents was very upbeat and positive. And also, the residents seemed very happy and upbeat. Those were what stood out in my mind, not the physical building. The chefs have been there a long time. They have doctors that come to the facility. The staff that handles medications was head and shoulders above anybody else that I've seen. They're very organized and well-trained. They know how to do wound care. They had very competent staff there.

I am a resident of Prestige Senior Living at East Wenatchee. The room is clean, and I've got a great view. They even furnished the apartment for me. The staff is genuinely committed and most of them have been here a long time. I have breakfast every morning and it's great. They have your basic bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs, hash browns, and toast. Then they have a daily special which goes anywhere from a waffle to a pancake to a burrito. They have biscuits and gravy, yogurt, donut, and breakfast sandwich. You get to pick whether you have your usual, which I always have, or you can take the special. They do a whole bunch of things like exercises, bingo, and recreational stuff. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I'm happy to be here.
