My brother is here. It's a good community I found locally. Our experience has been very positive. The food is very good, and it's more like a home-cooked meal. The rooms have different floor plans. He chose a smaller unit and it's very adequate for his needs. The staff has been very helpful and considerate. They have lots of activities, which is good. They have every day about four or five activities to choose from if you want to. It was very clean.

My husband and I visited Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care for a tour last year. We were just starting to investigate facilities for him. Looking into it, the place was just kind of cold and not welcoming. It's a business, but it didn't seem like it would be somebody's home. We were there to look at their assisted living. It was kind of like a hospital. We sampled their food and maybe that was just not a good selection, but it just wasn't hitting the notes of what we were looking for.

Rooms ok but bathrooms not completely remodeled like sign states. Food is ok but staff turnover is an issue. Little or no air conditioning. Short staffed and high turnover

The people at Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care were very friendly and that would have been the number one place. Even after we said that my mom was in the hospital, the lady called how she was doing, even though she knew that we wouldn't be moving her in. She was very friendly and it seemed like she was just genuinely interested in how my mom was doing and how we were doing. So, that was kind of nice. The rooms were very clean. They were quite spacious and they had a lot of elevators for people on the second floor. There were also activities on the second floor so that people who were up there could still participate. They had a hair salon. It had been remodeled in the last few years and it was a new company, too, that owned it. So, it was very nice. The facilities were very, very clean and very bright. We looked at two apartments that were larger studios, but they were on the end, so they had windows on two sides. That's probably where we would have picked for my mom. It was very nice. They would have people come and put your pictures up and put the TV wherever you wanted it and all of that.

I went to look at Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. The rooms were nice. The facility was very clean. The staff was very courteous, nice, and informative. The food is covered by the cost. They have a couple of decks that the seniors could go out on. They had a little area that was partially covered, and they had a guy out singing to all the seniors they were sitting around. They have a barber shop. The dining area was fairly small. Everything was decorated nicely and was very cool.

Everyone is friendly at here. They have a lot of amenities for the rooms. They are in first class condition, and most have big bathrooms and a shower that is super good. Everything is clean. The dining room is set up like you're going into a nice restaurant. They have nice areas.

This is a fantastic place! Exceptionally clean, great meals and was treated very well when I came to visit my sister who lives at this facility. I fully recommend it for all those who have a loved one who must be partially confined. Marjorie Shaw
