My in-laws have moved into Harmony on the Peninsula. From the administrators down to the CNAs, the med techs, and the people who work in the dining hall, everybody is very caring. They are very welcoming and want to help in any way they can. It is a small community, and everybody knows each other. We have been very pleased with the care they're getting so far. They have large rooms with a bathrooms and kitchenettes, and they have a few two-bedrooms. My in-laws are in a one-bedroom, and it's very bright with large windows and a kitchenette. It is nice and clean. The facility is only six years old, so everything is very clean and bright. They have an activity calendar with activities going on every day from art to bingo. They actually have a little theater that they show movies in every night. My in-laws have not been able to partake in it because we've been so busy with moving in, but they definitely will. They also have a library with books for the residents to borrow. It's a smaller facility, so there aren't things like gyms, pools, or anything like that. There is a nice patio off the dining room. They have a big grill and things out there in warm weather. It's a very nice facility. I have actually eaten meals with them because my in-laws are getting all three meals a day. The meals have been good. Over the holidays, they were a little understaffed, but that's to be expected. They have their large meal at lunchtime and a lighter meal for dinner. The facility is laid out very well.

Harmony on the Peninsula was a beautiful place. My husband and I looked at their assisted living and the rooms were nice. The staff seemed nice, and the place looked impeccably clean. They have a big common area, there are craft rooms, and lots of activities, too. The dining was nice. It was a big open space and they have dining after-hours where you can order something. It's just expensive, probably the most expensive of the places we have visited. As we walked around, the staff were very friendly, greeted us, and said hi to us. The person who was showing us around was a little snooty. We were like, "This is very expensive so we're not sure" and she said, "Well, not everybody can afford to come here". Maybe she was just trying to be realistic with us because we had given her our financial information.

I went to Harmony on the Peninsula. It was such a clean place. It was very updated, very modern. The people there were very kind. They had all the levels of assisted living. They had a little workout room with bikes. They have a room where they can do crafts. They had church services. It just seemed like everything was very nice there. The person who gave the tour did a great job. She's very kind and bubbly. I liked her a lot.

Harmony on the Peninsula was very clean. Everyone was very polite, helpful, very compassionate, and wanted to accommodate my husband. The residents were nicely dressed, clean, and interactive with the staff.

POOR MANAGEMENT, LOW MORALE, CHRONIC UNDERSTAFFING. The facility looks clean and well-decorated. But the problems run deep, stemming from leadership that turned over by 100% in our 1.5 years there, and worsening wIth each new director. The current ED claims to be experienced, but she admittedly is not medical and is a poor and disliked leader. The food is passable, but the meal service is short-staffed and disorganized. In one of many examples of care lapses, Mom with late-stage dementia was forgotten and left in her dining hall chair after one meal ended, and then discovered there napping at the start of the next meal. The care providers seem to genuinely love the residents, but were increasingly openly frustrated with the management. One indicative behavior of the deservingly hated executive director was that she was hostile and verbally abusive to our friend for visiting to ensure our mom ate and was comfortable, even after we notified the ED that our friend is like family and had been helping us care for our mom for many years. Our complaints and requests to Harmony corporate were unanswered.

I'm very impressed with Harmony on the Peninsula. The manager met me at the door and showed me a room. He gave me booklets. I was really impressed with her. The room was beautiful. If my sister had the money, she would go there. She really would go there. You don't have to bring any appliances. The washer-and-dryer was there. Everything was there. It was just beautiful. It's only seven years old. They provide three meals a day.

Harmony on the Peninsula was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The facility was beautiful, and the employees were very friendly. The rooms were very accessible, and they had great amenities. There were plenty of options for entertainment and activities. We didn't dine there, but the dining room was very easily accessible to anyone with mobility issues.

Smells urine. Aggressive staff attitude toward residents especially in Memorycare. Outside of the building has ware thrown in the parking lot. Resident charts are not secured. I could see private information. Activity room cluttered and looked dirty.

My mother will be moving into Harmony on the Peninsula. It was just a warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walked in the door. There was a bedroom with a shower, a living room, and a kitchen area. It was fully furnished. The staff was excellent. I smelled the food when I walked in, and it smelled delicious. They provide three meals and a snack. The staff showed me a library and a game room. The price was excellent. They had a restaurant-style dining area.

Harmony on the Peninsula was nice and well kept. The staff was very informative. The place was very organized. They gave me the menu for two weeks and it looked good. It had a nice variety, and there are certain things that are available every day. Some residents were eating, and some were watching TV. We got there after lunchtime. The facility was very nice, very clean, and well kept. It's convenient and it's fairly new. I was impressed.

We toured Harmony on the Peninsula. We were inquiring about all levels of care. The staff was very friendly. The administrator we met seemed very friendly. The place was very clean. There was no smell. It was a nice place. In the assisted living part, it seemed like it would be like you were kind of living at home. It didn't seem like an institution.

I was impressed with the marketing staff at Harmony. They had a memory care section. It's a very new community and I was impressed with it and it's certainly not one that I walked and said that I'm not interested in. I found it to be certainly acceptable.

We visited Harmony on the Peninsula. They took us to the cafeteria, which was very fancy, and the grounds where they can sit outside and walk around or work in the garden. They gave us a tour of the different floor patterns, and they showed us the library. The tenants looked very happy being there, and they didn't look depressed. The person who gave us the tour was very informative about their meals, the activities, and how much it would cost us for my parent.

The Crossings on the Peninsula was relatively new. It was very nice, like a high-end hotel. Everybody was very nice, too. They had a community room where they do crafts and hold their community meetings. They also had an exercise room, a small library, and a bistro.
