I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Except for a few wonder employees that cared for my loved one, the administration was the worse that I have come across in my years of visiting and being a caregiver. The care that my loved one received was subpar to any I've ever seen. He went for rehabilitation after a knee replacement and was doing ok as long as I visited regularly. in May I had to be absent for 20 straight days and he lay neglected which caused his decline which led to death at the age of 57 years old. From the administration down to hall staff, we were constantly let down. My daily records that I kept can back up every statement that I make. Communication was lacking from the beginning of his stay. And we all know how important that is when working together.

MY HUSBAND WAS ONLY WITH HERITAGE HALL FOR 3 WEEKS BEFORE PASSING. THE CARE OF THE STAFF, THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THE WAY THEY TOOK MY FEELINGS INTO CONSIDERATION WAS WAY ABOVE AND BEYONE ANY EXPECTIONS I MIGHT HAVE HAD. IT WAS A TRAGIC TIME YET THEY MADE EVERYTHING EASIER. DURING THIS COVID TIME, IT CAN'T BE EASY BUT THE STAFF DOES EVERYTHING POSSIBLE, NOT JUST FOR THE RESIDENT BUT FOR THE FAMILY AS WELL. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME THROUGH THIS.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

Visit the Heritage Hall every few days to see my unkle I helped him make the decision to go to Heritage Hall he is just gonna be there short term he requires therapy in walking after he had surgery on his hip, so i thought Heritage Hall would be the perfect place because i know a lot about the staff and that they are very nice and will help their patients in every step of the way. My grand mother went to Heritage Hall back before she passed on and she always liked the staff and doctors they were just amazing how well they helped her in her battle with cancer. So all i can say is that this is or has to be the best nurseing home in this town. Though it is never easy careing for someone with an medical condition such as cancer or someone who can not walk it is better to have them some where where they can get all the help and medical care they need,i think that a nurseing home can better assist them in their recovery.
