Very clean. Staff in Memory Care are fabulous. So kind and caring. My husband dosnt complain about the food. But he says it's not as good as mine! I wish they had more activites for the Memory care residents. The activites people go out of their way to come her my hubby to do some things. Room is lovely. Maintence staff is very helpful.

My mom was a memory resident in the health care center, the staff treated her wonderfully, she enjoyed the meals and the interactive programs.

I enjoyed my stay at the independent living level of Lake Prince Woods, and the food was excellent. The only thing I didn't like about it was the way they treated my wife when she was at the extended care after she fell and broke her leg. It cost me $5000 a month for the type of care she was getting. They had all kinds of things like a movie theater, library and weight room with equipment and treadmills. They also had a nurse on duty at all times. They didn't have a swimming pool, but they had a nice dining room. Some of the staff members were really good, but I didn't like those in extended care because they had one staff member to five or six residents ,and they kept them doped up.

Lake Prince Woods was very nice. As a matter of fact, they were having a program and had invited someone I know to come, and they could bring a guest, so they took me with them. I think it was Veterans Day, and they had lunch for the veterans and stuff like that. The staff was very nice, they took us on a tour of the place, and they had all kinds of amenities. Some have their utilities and internet included, and they take bus rides going to some places. It’s top-notch also.

Lake Spring Woods did not have everything we were looking for. We saw their little bungalow houses, and they were perfectly fine. I would recommend it to others.

I visited Lake Prince Woods, and the staff was all good. The cottages looked very nice, and the food is good; they have different menu every day. Most of them are service tables, but sometimes they have a buffet. They go to restaurants and different attractions around the area. Security looked fine. I would recommend it. It was a very positive, very nice community, and the grounds were beautiful.
