The tour at Pacifica Senior Living Sterling was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. They had all the services that I was looking for. I saw the menu, but I did not try their food. I saw some of the elderly people playing cards and doing various things like bingo and that sort of thing. Like any other place, I thought it was pretty pricy. Other than that, I can't think of anything that they can improve upon.

Pacifica Senior Living Sterling was amazing. I was very impressed with them. They were very friendly, very informative, very pleasant, and very helpful. They had a barbecue area, an arts and crafts room, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. They take the residents shopping, they bring in live entertainment, they do a happy hour every Friday for the residents, or they have local high school kids come over and decorate the place for them or sing for them.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living Sterling. I felt it was not as big as the others and it had a little bit more homey type feeling. The staff was great. I liked the coziness of the whole facility. The reason we didn't go with Pacifica was that they didn't have availability, and we wanted immediate availability.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living Sterling and I really liked it. Everything looked clean. What I liked mostly about it is that he would not have to change rooms when he would go to assisted living. He would be in one room from independent living to the end of his life. The lady I spoke to, Katie, was so nice, so helpful, and so enthusiastic. She was amazing. The other thing I liked is as I was walking through, the other residents would say to me, "This is a great place." I really liked that it was simpler and smaller than some of the other places. The other thing I really like is the spiritual component. My dad reads the Bible all the time, and they have someone who works there who's also a full time minister, and they do Bible study once a week. My dad would really, really, really like that The rooms are beautiful. There's a theater, a library, and walking trails. There's plenty of places for him to go sit and read, to leave his room and be in the sun, which he really likes. They said I could bring him up to check it out and he could spend the night there to see how he felt there. I just thought that was so awesome. This doesn't require a huge deposit. Of course, as he approaches the end of life, the costs would increase as his needs increase. Even then at the very end, it would fit easily within his budget.

I liked the apartments at Pacifica Senior Living Sterling. They're an older style apartment and I'm an older style person and they had a full kitchen with a stove. The stove top is something that I'm leaning towards having because I cook in a pan most of the time. I also liked the fact that they have a full-size refrigerator because the freezer compartment in the refrigerator was at eye level. Since I have a balance issue, bending over to work in the freezer compartment was something I don't dare to do. The staff was fantastic. They provide an alert system when you fall or you need help. They had marked things in every single room, including the bathroom. They had pull cords on them so you could easily alert people if you had a problem. The only thing was their fire extinguisher was a little ways from the particular rooms that were shown, but that's no big deal. You can always get a fire extinguisher and put it on the wall.

We went to Pacifica Senior Living Sterling. They were very thorough. They showed me the facilities. The residents I met when I was walking around inside said that they were happy there and they love the food there. They have a chef and her soup and pastry were very highly praised. They had a small patio area in the back, though the inside was a little bit tighter. They have different levels of care. The places they showed me were vacant. I was told that the residents can bring their own stuff. I particularly looked at a studio and a one-bedroom. The staff during the tour was great and very energetic. She's very new, but she did great. She also called me back and followed up with what I decided. The dining hall looked very nice and very clean. They have a little flower vase on each table. The menu was right by the door. I even have a copy, and they publish that weekly. They're right by Route 7. My first impression of the parking lot was it was a little tight because they share the same entrance with a physical therapy rehab center and that center is very busy. It's a very busy parking lot. If their residents needed any therapy or rehab, it's right across the parking lot and it's very convenient. After rehab, some residents move into their facility.

My sister-in-law and her husband are in the process of moving into Pacifica Senior Living Sterling. It's five minutes from my house. They were also able to fit into my in-law's budget. The staff was very outgoing and very helpful. They provide outside activities like tours, bus trips, and stuff like that. They had a gym, a big dining room, walking trails, and laundry service.

I like the layout of Pacifica Senior Living Sterling. I liked that the rooms were spacious and they have these different types of rooms available. They have activities that were conducted when I visited. They were playing several games in some areas. The facility was very clean and very well maintained. The staff were very well trained and very friendly. I think it's a place where you see that there's a very good administration, because everything is in order. They had a restaurant that looked very comfortable and very spacious, too.

We toured Pacifica Senior Living Sterling. They were probably the most engaging with the residents of all three I visited. The staff seemed to have a very good relationship. There were a lot of things going on and a lot of events. The residents and the staff were like a team, like they were together like it was all one thing. I was impressed with that. They are going through some renovations there. Every room was different because they were in the process of updating rooms. Some of the rooms were really upbeat, pretty modern, and well done, and then others had not been renovated in a while. They told me they had a renovation program going on where they were renovating some parts of the facility. The upkeep looked good.

Pacifica Senior Living Sterling needed renovation. The carpets needed to be replaced and they needed to be painted. It's fairly rundown. The staff was very nice and very professional. The apartment also needed renovation. The renovation hadn't started, but it was going to start. It just changed ownership. The dining area did not meet my expectations. They had very few amenities like a beauty parlor and a theater. The multipurpose room was very dated and the items in there looked like they were the 70s. The amenities were not very up-to-date. They had a fairly clean location. I had an appointment, but I had to wait for quite some time to be seen.

I went to look at Pacifica Senior Living Sterling. I thought the rooms were lovely and bright. I enjoyed meeting with the staff, who was just lovely and great to talk to. She followed up with me, which has not been the case with others, and I appreciate that. I just got a homey vibe. Everybody was very, very pleasant and very friendly. The staff showed me a lot of different rooms and different views. She gave me a lot of good information.

I visited Pacifica Senior Living Sterling, and it seemed like a good place. It's a little more up to speed and a little more modern than the other place I toured. It seemed a little more quaint and a little more spread out in a sense. It wasn't kind of like a farm room that's back to back to back. It has a little different feel to it. I was able to see the apartment, which is a one-bedroom; it was nice and OK. It would be a better fit for my mom, but they don't have a physical therapy facility there. The facilities seem very clean. The staff we met during the tour was pretty good and their dining area looked fine. They have an activity calendar posted, and they have a therapy dog in there.

Pacifica Senior Living Sterling is really amazing. The biggest thing against them is that they don't have a kitchen. The biggest plus in their favor is the lady who toured with us. I'm not sure if she's the director or assistant director. A new company just bought the place. She's obviously very enthusiastic. She's got a lot of great ideas, and we liked her a lot. It's an older facility, and it definitely needs to be upgraded. It's near a mall, a hospital, and a lot of shopping and restaurants. They also have outings going on. We thought that it was clean and nice. It was just older.

We visited and it was nice. They only had 1-bedroom, 1-bath. Some rooms were hooked together, but the two that were available were not. The staff and residents were all very nice, and they tried to be very friendly and open.

It is a very nice place. I went there for a visit, and the rooms were a little small but very nice. I am trying to figure out how to fit my furniture in there in case I choose this place. They seem to have a lot of activities there.

I've been here before, so I knew I liked it. I just wanted to go back to make sure that it was something that I thought she would still be interested in. The staff seemed really nice. They had arts and crafts and bingo. They have transportation for them to go to different activities, like the community center for seniors, and they would actually transport her back and forth to dialysis. The lady I met with was not very personable. I like the facility because it was nice and clean. The rooms were a nice size, and they just seem to have more to offer. They're not too far from restaurants and the grocery store.

It was very nice and clean, but it seemed a little stiff for me. I felt it wasn't as homey as I would like it to be. But I would recommend it to other.

We used it while we're on vacation, not long term. The facility was right in my backyard practically. It was beautiful. Everything looked very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. They had a lot of activities there, though my mother didn't participate as much. We would have placed her there if we had enough money for long-term stay.
