The staff is nice. I guess they're understaffed because my loved one called me twice telling me they had rung the he'll 3 times and no-one had come to they're room.

This nursing home was fairly good in each aspect of it. It was always quite clean and the staff were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the quality they were giving to the patients. Visiting hours were very flexible and you could stay there as long as you wanted until about 9pm. The facility was obviously quite old with some of the beds and various other amenities being quite old and no longer working. My grandma hated the fact that the TVs no longer worked there. The food was sometimes late and did not seem to be the best of quality. The outside viewing areas of the nursing home were always up kept and quite nice during the spring that made a good impression when we brought my grandma out get some fresh air during our visits. Overall I thought the nursing home was fairly good for being the closest one to us but could be improved vastly by more funding from the major backer of the nursing home, Riverside.
