Facility has new ownership and was remodeled. Staff is caring and I'm so happy that we chose Rocky Mount for my mother in law's rehab stay. She's doing so well now. We would definitely choose them again!

I enjoyed it here, I would love to work here as a CNA when i get certified. I had a relative here and he was treated very well and with respect. They had very nice nurses and very nice patients. Thank you all!

Before my mother passed away, she was at Trinity Mission. It was closest to the hospital where she was and they had vacancy at that time, that's why she was sent there. She was there for probably a month. I thought the cleanliness of the place and the staff were good. They helped her get out of bed, they fed her, and they took her to the bathroom. They also tried to do some exercise with her but she was really weak at that time, so she couldn't do much of anything. As far as I know, they're okay. I would recommend them.

I have a dear family member in this home that is blind. She is very happy and content living in this facility. My family and finance has never been to visit her without her sending joy and glory to God for her peace and care in Trinity Mission. The nurses and workers are very nice and polite when we are there visiting each week. What a joy that she is in peace when her twiin sister just passed away. Thank you very much for caring and loving my dear grandmother.

This place is HORRIBLE. I would NEVER place a loved one here. Food - terrible, cold, often served late Staff- understaffed, non-responsive. Sad place.
