I was a resident of Springtree and there on 2 separate occasions and if I have to go for rehabilitation again I'd choose Springtree again because of the concerns they provide for their residents.

This facility is an absolute joke and needs to be shutdown immediately. I wouldn't refer this facility to my worst enemy. The staff they have is lazy, incompetent, rude to the patients and the patients families. Even the people in the office are rude and try and talk over you All the rooms are messy and virtually never cleaned and if so, it's done half assed. This place is a joke

This is a great place to put your loved ones who you never want to speak to again. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of patients. After trying at least once every two weeks I still haven’t talked to my grandmother in months. Nobody answers the phone and when they do the patient phones are either not charged or they can’t find one.

My family member has had a nightmare of a time in this facility. They are extremely short staffed. I cannot reach a nurse at anytime to get information about my loved one. The phone just rings. Medications were not being given correctly, causing my family member to be in pain. I spoke with many people at the facility to fix this problem, including administrators, to no avail. There are some very serious problems here.

My Mom was admitted in skilled therapy in Feb. 2021. Age 97. She has fallen. She was there 2 weeks and a few days and came down with Covid. Thankfully, a full recovery. Excellent physical therapy and communication. However, that’s where it ended. No help from social department or returned calls. Multiple messages left at Financial department. No response . With contact at management the problem is passed with no further communication. Finally found an advocate for my Moms person personal care. Things in that have been better however with lack of personnel things are far from good. I feel for these folks who are over burden with so many to care for. However, the lack of response and communication is not there.

My dad was there for rehab after he recovered from Covid. The actual Physical therapy was 5 star but that was it. Health care was not very good and my dad couldn’t sleep at night because staff was so loud in the hall way. Nurses didn’t listen to my dad or Dr. and give him what he needed ,he ended up in the hospital for a week. When he came home he couldn’t even walk. Waste of time 😢

The Resident PA, completed daily, written patient reviews & expected the Nursing Staff to read each review. The Nursing Staff did not have time to read the reviews therefore, no information was shared. On one occasion, during a "window telephone visit" I over heard 2 attendants, at the foot of my Mother's bed, tell her she couldn't get out of bed, couldn't get up, and didn't even have the strength to pull a sheet up over herself.! After being at the facility for 1 week, the Social Director called to arrange a review of Mom's care and a plan to go forward. He happened to mention he heard Mom was up all night, screaming. Why did the Social Director notify us? Why weren't we called by the Medical staff? Mom suffered heart failure and the DNR form was not in her file! In accordance with state guidelines, the defibrillator was used and she was intubated. Mom died. Two months passed and the Social Director called to inquire if I would like to bring Mom in for second covid shot!

I was in rehab at Springtree; other facilities gave me zero chance at recovery from a heart attack and a stroke, but the Springtree team made sure my medical, personal and rehab needs were met. I recovered quickly and regained my ability to speak, walk, and use my hands Evverything that was damaged by the stroke was made whole by the Springtree team. The food was excellent and the care provided by the CNAs and Nurses was excellent! The speech Therapy , physical therapy and occupational therapy were excellent. Today seven months after the heart attack and stroke, I am living a normal life.

Mom was in Springtree Healthcare & Rehab. On weekends they had less staff members who weren't as good as the weekday staff. They had a bit of communication problem between the two. They weren't aware that she was dismissed when we fetched her. Other than that, they were pretty good. They did occupational therapy two or three times a day, and they have a full gym set up. She had a double room. It was pretty much like a hospital room, but it was well set up. It was the best place we came across in the area.

We went to Springtree Healthcare & Rehab Center. It seemed very nice, neat, clean, and the person that showed us around was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were people in the activity rooms doing something. There was a game room and a very nice gym. We saw a room, and there were two people in each room.

My mother was in rehab at Springtree for about a month. The food was excellent. They had good recreational activities. They had their hair done weekly. A band would also come. The rooms were a little small, and she had a roommate. But she was happy there.

My experience at Sprintree was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond. My lifetime friend chose to have her rehab at Springtree after a knee replacement and we couldn't ask for better care. Genuine, efficient, and knowledgeable is how I would describe this facility.
