Norfolk Health Care Center was really bad. They did not have enough staff. It was a disappointment. The facility was pretty old, which is fine. However, while my husband was there, there was only one working elevator for four flights of people. It's a four-story home. I don't think they take care of the facility. The elevators were broken for two months. If it was for a couple of days, I could understand, however, God forbid something happened when the elevators weren't working. Most of the staf...
