My relative have been with the facility for over 10 years now. 2012. I did not have any complaints when the nursing facility was Blue Ridge Nursing & Rehab Center. The staff there was good and I did not have any complaints but other family members I heard from were not satisfied. Ms. Preston was always keeping me informed on the status of my relative and her care. Mulberry Creek Nursing & Rehab Center new staff seems to be the same way. They keep me informed and abreast on my relatives care, any colds that she may have, any new medication prescribed, & etc. I want to give a big thumbs up to The Manager, Ms. Wendy (OUTSTANDING!!), Ms. Dillard, & her entire team day & evening shift. Sometimes, we have to take a moment to recognize the work that they put in being under staffed, dealing with the COVID crisis, and still doing the best that they can to care for our love ones. I would recommend Mulberry Creek Nursing & Rehab Center, and that is just my opinion.

My mother-in-law is staying in Mulberry Creek Nursing & Rehab Center, and I think it's pretty good. Their visiting is limited because of the pandemic. It's very hard to make a judgment about the nursing care or anything that I've observed, but I will tell you that she seems to be pleased with the nursing care. The nurses are always prompt and call me to let me know if there have been any changes, if they've changed any medication, or if she's not feeling well. I've been very pleased with that. You can only visit for 30 minutes twice a week, so it's kind of hard to judge what's going on, but she seems to be comfortable and taken care of. We've had very little interaction with the staff, but they do call me and let me know if there are changes in her condition. They're very positive, very accurate, and they're very kind.

The service is OK at Blue Ridge Rehab. He had a skilled nursing assistant that really did a good job and took good care of him. The food didn’t look that good, but it doesn’t look that bad either. He seemed to be OK with the food. It seemed clean, but I never had a good impression with nursing homes.

My mother was here. The atmosphere was very friendly and very nice. I would rate them very highly. The staff was marvelous. They were so sweet and very warm. They worked very well when it came down to physical therapy. They were very good.
