My friend stayed at Inova Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for over a month. They were trying to get her to be able to walk again. As a rehab, it was nice. They had all the services that my friend needed at the level she needed them. The food was good. They would bring the food to her. Everything was good about it. The therapy appeared to be good. It wasn't successful, but they gave it a shot. They did physical therapy with her pretty much every day, trying to get her to be able to walk. As best as I can tell, as a nonmedical person, they seemed to be doing a good job. Things were a little bit dated, but other than that, it was a nice facility. It's not a cheap place. She has insurance that paid for the first month. Then after that, she had to pay. They have a nursing facility above it, but my friend was in the rehab portion. It was expensive. If my friend could afford it, she would go back there.

We were misled into thinking this nursing center was still run by INOVA, only to learn weeks later that it had been bought by new ownership. The response time at this nursing center is deplorable. I realize everyone is short-staffed, but this issue is above and beyond just that. During the six weeks my mother was here, I watched numerous staff members purposefully ignore patients. There were always multiple alarms going off all up and down the hallways due to lack of response. I won't even go into the numerous mishaps my mom had while staying here, but I will leave you with this anecdote. My mom's roommate's son CALLED 911 from her room because the staff was so unresponsive, and his mother was taken away by ambulance. If we are ever in need of a nursing facility again, we absolutely will not return to this one.

Wonderful facility with caring and going above and beyond staff. Rehab has updated equipment with virtual reality, lite gait, stimulate car and apartment to care for patients. Always clean, equipments are cleaned with every use. Walkable distance to dialysis, imaging and ER. Very Convenient.

I visited a friend that was in this nursing care center in March 2018. It's an old facility, but that didn't bother me. What was extremely disappointing was: the staff never made eye contact with me while walking the hallway, the staff never smiled, the staff was annoyed when I asked for blankets for my friend, the staff challenged me when I asked if we could get more pain medicine. The staff ignored him when he buzzed the nurses station! The staff was downright rude! I was shocked!! Because I was leaving to go home, and my friend was bed bound and had to stay I was pleasant with the nursing staff so that i would not jeopardize his care when no one was there. Every time I visited the facility it was on a weekend. The weekday staff may be more professional and caring, I don't know, however I was appalled at what I witnessed. BEWARE!

This is an old facility and it shows. Some staff were downright mean to my relative and our family. Other staff members were caring however it is clear they are not staffed to provide anything more than the basics. My father rarely saw a physician and asking some of the nurses about his care was met with hostility. It is clear the staff is overworked and unhappy. Many of the CNAs are rude and lack empathy and patience when attending to the elderly, If this is a 5 star facility, I can't imagine who is rating these facilities.

Wanna know how this nursing home gets good reviews? They refuse to accept any patient that might present even a minor difficulty. (Apparently the fact that they accept federal and state funds means nothing to them.) My father was 1 day away from moving to this nursing home from midway across the country, when they pulled the plug because they claimed they couldn't deal with a 1 centimeter bed sore he had. (he has MS and is in excruciating pain - hence, he has difficulty and doesn't like to be moved.) This facility doesn't want you if you aren't a perfect patient (very few seniors in nursing homes are). It is my opinion that this facility plays games with their acceptance process (probably in violation of state and federal law). If you want to associate with a disreputable organization like this, then go for. I, for one, am glad my father didn't end up here.

I was in Inova Loudoun Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The facility was very nice. The room was adequate. I had a roommate, but still the accommodation was nice. The food was good. The nursing staff was very polite, and the facility was very clean. The location was good. It was very close to where I lived, so my family could get there. I was there for two weeks. I was well taken care of. Their physical therapy was excellent. However, they could improve on the food.

My wife is in Inova Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center now. It is a very good facility, and we are going to stay with it. My overall experience has been very good. The food is excellent. Another good thing about this facility is that it is attached to the Leesburg Town Hospital, and you can walk from the nursing home to the hospital and also the doctor's building, so it makes it convenient for dealing with doctors if you need to go see them. Also, a lot of hospitals are close by.
