I am so thankful for Bellaire at Stone Port Memory Care. My family member is well taken care of and has been doing so well that we’ve seen a vast improvement in her happiness and over-all wellbeing. The staff try so hard to look after every resident and their hearts are in the right place. They are saints! There hands are always full. The new Memory Care Director is so caring and willing to listen to concern, ideas, and address any problems to the best of her ability. The food is good, the building is clean, and the management team is always available.

We went to Bellaire at Stone Port. I liked the elegance and the involvement of the staff with the clientele. My father is a very elegant kind of guy. He likes to have fine art in his house and likes the type of decor that they had there. They also have a lot of stimulating, interesting things to do besides your standard bingo and puzzles. I think he and his wife would enjoy the lectures, the performances from the university departments that come out, the meetings, and the clubs that are available for involvement. Dad's a very social kind of guy, and I think his wife is as well. Both of them would appreciate the environment there more so than the other two we visited. It would suit my father's personality better and his wife's. They have lectures, art appreciation, companionship with the clubs, and things that would stimulate their thoughts and try to keep them sharp. My father and his wife are trying very hard to keep their intellects active through different things instead of just sitting by and watching the world go by. They want to be involved. I like the visual pleasantness of it, the finer art, not just your photographs, but actual artwork hanging on the walls and that kind of thing. I like the size of the apartments, I like the amenities, and I like their layouts a bit more than I like the other two. My father and his wife would prefer to have two bedrooms and a living area, and all that I was able to see were one bedroom and a living area but the way that it was laid out, the way that the showers were incorporated, those I think would be pleasant. They also had much more storage than the other two facilities. The closet spaces were larger and they also offered a microwave in the kitchenettes, whereas nobody else did. If they wanted to heat something in their room, they could. They had a much more varied menu. They had options. The staff had a lot of energy and talked very quickly. If he would slow down his speech, he would be 100% five stars. He was really good, but he just talked so fast. It's new enough to still look very, very clean and they've maintained it well. It's old enough to get any kinks out that might be evident in a new facility. I liked how they kept it.

I visited Bellaire at Stone Port. The tour was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was a new facility, and it's a large facility. This was what I would have chosen for my parents, but my mom chose a different one.

I recently visited the community in an attempt to find a place for a distant aunt. I was very pleased from the onset of getting to the community. Alice, the concierge, was extremely friendly and helpful. . She provided general information about the community until I could meet with someone in Marketing. While waiting, I had a chance to speak to a couple of residents who were looking at a newspaper in the lobby. Both residents stated they were happy with the community and offered to show me their rooms. The model apartment was spacious and beautiful and had FULL SIZE appliances. I hadn't seen that in any of my tours of other places. I met the Executive Director... Mike I believe, and was very impressed with how open and sincere he was in describing the community. I am considering this community.

Bellaire at Stone Port is a beautiful community with thoughtful, kind staff who instantly greeted me with a and my parents with a smile. I came in on a holiday weekend to visit friends who are living there. On a weekend such as this you would think things would be slow and unkept but it was clean and bustling with activity. Also, there were several directors there on a weekend who came in during meal service and were walking throughout the building checking in on the residents and guests. The directors and the front line staff are obviously very dedicated to the care and wellbeing of the resident living there.

I came in for a visit. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I was toured the Memory Care unit. The staff were engaging with the residents. I was instantly greeted by the Memory Care Director. The entire building smelt amazing. The dining room looked amazing. Over all the entire building was AMAZING. Their Facebook posts are so detailed and only show half of what this amazing building does on a daily basics. I definitely for see my loved one being moved here in the future.

This is a place that has great potential but they forget what the major focus is:: The residents! The management is not good, I keep waiting for it to get better but it's not happening. The memory care is way understaffed and they are way underpaid. There are a few caretakers that care but some that do not care at all and they are sometimes treated better then the ones that take good care of the residents. I was bit by a bed bug while visiting and they tried to cover it up saying that it was a tick, Poor poor management! Poor communication and poor care! Thank God I go in every day to check on my loved one! It's a must!!!

Took Mom out of Bellaire because it was so bad. Went to management multiple times. Mom lost so much weight and 80% of the time both she and her room smelled of urine. Often had to find Mom to clean dried sticky urine off her floor, told housekeeping only does her room once a week. Twice they forgot to feed her when I happened to be there. It felt like the memory unit staff and management 'Forgot' Mom. Guess Alzheimer's is contagious.

Nice place due to being new but very very very understaffed , management out of touch with what there purpose is and needs to get out and WORK WITH STAFF to get in touch with problems instead of hiding in there offices, probably better suited as just a regular apartment complex. not suited for elder care at this time.

Bellaire at Stone Port is fairly new. Outside, the grounds were immaculate. Inside, everything was just really nice, clean, neat, and well-decorated. I only met one person, and she was very helpful. They were very helpful to me. They explained all about the place and everything. But I was just impressed with the lady that we talked with. It was a very nice facility.

nice new building, Food is fair, some staff are excellent but some staff seem to have a chip on the shoulder (primarily nursing staff) which seems to be supported by there management, the director seems very helpful and really really needs to inform some of the nursing staff that taking care of residents is there primary duty! and to leave there personal/political view points at home!

We are moving after almost one year because the memory care area has no manager, they are understaffed and unable to provide adequate care for my mother.

Bellaire at Stone Port is a pretty new place which has a capacity of about 90 people. It is very nice, and I like the way it is set up. They look after your care, but they weren't all over you. On the 2nd floor, there were 2 nursing stations. They had their own dining room, a room for crafts and other activities, and an exercise room. It is a small community. The lady who assisted me was very cordial, and she took me to my niece's house after we were finished. I thought that was a very nice gesture.

Bellaire at Stone Port is a brand new, very clean, and nice place. The food is fine. It's not gourmet, but it's understandable that they have to make it bland for older people. The dining area was excellent. Mom's room is brand new and very nice.
