I like part of Commonwealth Senior Living at Fredericksburg. It looked very good. The rooms were small. The cleanliness was very good. The maintenance looked very good, too. The staff who gave the tour was very kind. They answered all the questions that I had; they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They gave me a call back to see if I had any more questions.

My wife is a resident of Commonwealth Senior Living. The grounds and upkeep are extraordinarily well done. The flowers are beautiful and the surroundings are very nice. The room is extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and very nice to work with. They make you feel like they care. It's a caring facility. They have different games. I think they have some card games. They have bingo. They have a religious minister. I talked to them a couple of times and had bible study more or less. They have a TV in the room. They had music. They had a gentleman that came and played, and that was excellent. I've only been there often, but I had a couple of small snacks, and they were good homemade snacks. It's a good value.

We had a nice tour at Commonwealth Senior Living at Fredericksburg. However, it's more of an assisted living place, and what we're looking for is independent living. I would say the lady, Karen, who took us on a tour was extremely friendly and caring towards all of the seniors that were there. She's definitely a plus for them. They had a whole calendar of activities. They had exercises and church groups that came in and different things like that. When you walk in, you can kind of see the dining area from the front foyer, and it looks pleasant enough. They had music playing. The room was really just like a small studio apartment. There was one room and then there was a closet and a bathroom.

We looked at Commonwealth Senior Living at Fredericksburg. They have a very active program as far as activities go. It is designed for more single-person living spaces. It's just a bedroom with a bathroom, and that's the only thing there is, and nothing else. As far as amenities for a person goes, there's no kitchenette. There's a beauty shop set up. They have an activities area. They have a very, very nice dining room, but it is a small place. The staff has been there for a long, long time. They're very experienced and most of them are over 20 years. It's very well-kept and designed, but it is a very, very small facility.

We toured Commonwealth Senior Living at Fredericksburg. We only looked at their studios. It was very homey, and it felt comfortable. However, the rooms weren't exactly what we were looking for. The tour was good. It was probably the third place we're visiting, so we were becoming more comfortable with what questions to ask. It is relatively small. They were the ones that had assigned seating at mealtimes.

I had an in-person tour of Commonwealth Senior Living at Fredericksburg. It was clean and quiet. I'm not sure that's what my mother is looking for because it's more like a nursing home. She doesn't want to be in a setting like that. The facility was very nice. I believe I met the director, and she basically gave me a tour of the place. It's a one-level facility. She showed me a room that two residents would share and stuff like that. When I visited, I didn't see any activity. It was all in the dining area, eating, or just sitting. The dining area was clean, and it was not a large place. It's a very small facility, so I didn't expect it to be large. The room looked like to be about 20 by 20 for two people.

My Mother has been a long time resident, she is in the COVID unit. I live in WA State and called earlier this morning and talked to a very nice woman about doing a zoom meeting so that Mom could see her Grandchildren and her Great Grandchild whom she has never met. I was told to call before making the zoom mtg. I just called and now I am told there is no way for a signal to get to a device in the COVID unit. Isn't there anyway to make this happen. Mom is in her 80's and has Parkinsons, she may not last the week???????????

My tour of Commonwealth Senior Living at Fredericksburg was thorough. The rooms were fine and a little bit larger than the other places, and the facilities were adequate. I would rate everything average, but the pricing was a little high. They had studios and one-bedroom apartments.

The community has both dementia and Alzheimer's care, and regular assisted living. The rooms are clean, and we brought took some furniture from home, so it gives my mother-in-law a little bit of an environment. The staff seemed to get out of their way to get her in there for us. They have reading, singing, and different things they do with other people.

My mother is a resident, and she really likes it. Her room and she's also clean; they're taking good care of her better than she takes care of herself. They have good food, and the staff is cooperative and informative. They also follow up when there are issues, and they write down anything she does during the day which is really nice. The place is nice, it looks like you're in a hotel.

It was nice. It was interesting. I looked at the apartments and the townhouses. The staff that toured me was very nice and very knowledgeable. The grounds were very pretty, very clean, and very nice.

It was a nice facility, and it was clean. The people seemed to be happy. The staff was very friendly. It would have been my second choice.

Everything about it was nice and pretty. The people were welcoming. The dining area was nice. They had a room where they take their residents and do different things with them. If it's Halloween, they would do a Halloween theme and have an exercise program with music. The apartments were nice and roomy, and that's what we're looking for: space and privacy.
