My grandmother has lived at Valley since 2022. My family and I are impressed with the level of care and attention she has received. The facility is clean, bright, and inviting. She loves the rehab department staff and they have helped her throughout her time there.

My father was in Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was there for two weeks for therapy. They didn't seem to check on him but just a couple of times a day. The staff was pretty good though. The food was pretty bad. Value for money was okay. It was pretty decent. The facility itself was pretty good, too. I didn't have any complaints about the room.

My mother in law has been in this facility for 12 months. We are thankful for the excellent care she has received. Therapy was able to help decrease her falls by helping her balance.

My dad stayed at Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for rehabilitation. It was awful. They got lots to improve on. They had too many people in there, too many residents, and not enough staff. I know that is an ongoing problem, but the doctor in the facility wouldn't listen to us. My dad had a broken arm, but they kind of ignored that, it was an awful experience. They need to listen to the families. They were given counteractive medication. They gave him tranquilizers when we asked them not to give him anything like that. They bring my dad his meals and do not even tell him. They even have patients sitting in the hallways; it was not welcoming. There was one caring nurse, but it was a very difficult situation, and hard to come up with anything positive whatsoever. We end up having to put staff down there and pay somebody to sit in his room and they still tried to fight with the staff that we paid for.

This place isn't fit for a rabid animal. It's filthy, falling apart, and the poor residents are expected to live like caged animals. The rooms are dirty, there are dead bugs and dust bunnies in the corners, the faucets are loose, the closets and drawers are rickety, and even if you can find a staff member to talk to, no one wants to take responsibility for the poor conditions. Our family member was so snowed from being medically sedated, that they couldn't open their eyes or sit up straight. I cannot recommend anyone to consider this place for their loved ones. It's just scary and needs to be closed down

My uncle has been at Valley Health Care Center for 18 months now. It is a very good facility. I get along with the staff really well, and they keep me well informed of what’s going on with my uncle. They have activities going on every day and even have local church choirs visit. Every weekend, there will always be a group there performing for the residents. My uncle has been really well cared for.

My sister is at the Valley Health Care Center because of her stroke. The good thing about them is that they have good food, but I think the update that they need is that they need to have more help there. I would not recommend them.
