I am a friend or relative of a resident

Autumn Care is a beautiful place and very clean, and I like it, but they didn't have any rooms available for my mother. My father stayed there in 2012. The workers there were very nice, and I thought it was a nice place. His room was spacious, and the food was good.

Clean and orderly. Expensive. Not overly concerned with avoiding excessive costs; for example, my relative has been there for a year and spends $200+ per day for care. Recently had a chest X-Ray that you would expect to pay $25 to $30 for --- the bill is $275. How about blood chemistry lab that you expect to pay $10 (plus your insurance would pay $15-$20) ----- would you believe $235 --- because "they have a contract".... And then there is the contracted pharmacy ---- I am sure you can guess the jist of my comment about that relationship.
