We chose Rehab Center and Memory Care at Bristol for my father because of its reviews and the level of care it provides. My father went into rehab recently. As far as I know, and I'm doing this long distance, is that they have been very responsive and very helpful. My father has moved into a new room, but the old room he was in looked spacious, well lit, and well taken care of. My father is still in rehab and he will be moving into memory care in the near future. It would be skilled nursing memory care. My father seems to like the food.

Covington Senior Living (Lehi) Memory Care was hands down the best decision we made for where our sweet mom could have lived!! She passed away a year ago today, so this is a tribute to mom, and those who loved her and cared for her outside of family. Covington staff became "family" to me. They treated my mom and me with love and respect! They gave me peace of mind. I was the only family by mom in all of Utah, so this was extremely touching and helpful to me. We were looking for a facility that was large enough to have a variety of residents and activities, but small enough that it didn't seem overwhelming to our mom. Size is important for a person with dementia. The layout for the memory care was very important so it didn't seem overwhelming to her, but big enough that she had space and room for activities. It needed to look like a home environment, with nice natural light and access to the outside courtyard for fresh air and exercise. We looked for a place that had a door that would have the top half opened so she could be checked on, yet the bottom half closed for her privacy, and to make sure other residents didn't wander in. Our mom was quite high functioning, and so we wanted to have a place for her that there were several others that were similar to her physically and mentally. And Covington had that. The staff was amazing!! They were so very kind and very knowledgeable on how to care for memory care residents. Every single one of them smiled and genuinely cared. The facility is simply beautiful!! And so clean! The food was also very good. There is simply not one thing I would have changed. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone that wants their loved one to feel comfortable, and for the family members to be able to have the assurance that excellent care and stimulation will be given. I really do understand how hard it is to put your parent into a facility, so having quality people be there for your loved one will give you the peace of mind you seek. You will feel that you don't have to do this journey all by yourself. And you don't.
Grateful children

My mother was at Covington Senior Living of Lehi for two months. The staff was great. Her one-bedroom was great. She had a nice view and it's big. She went to their movie theater, and she did bingo and word puzzles. They had people performing and they would get her to go. She went to exercise a few times. They could've more washers and dryers. It's fairly new, so the whole building isn't full. They're doing the best they can for the residents.

Covington Senior Living of Lehi is new and very nice. They offer senior living and various levels of assisted living in the same facility. They have nice rooms with different options and sizes you can choose from. They have a nice dining room, a nice shared area, places where you can play games and watch TV, and an exercise facility. The one lady I met was nice, informative, and helpful.

Covington Senior Living of Lehi was a brand new facility that just opened. They were still putting in chairs and things. They had a flat rate, but when we looked at what the flat rate covered, it didn't cover all the things we thought it would, and it was quite a distance from where we live in American Fork to get to them. It would be right through the center of Lehi to get to them. They were nice people and accommodating. We were considering them. They were still working on it, but it looked like a nice facility. The staff during the tour was very nice. They had all the amenities that everyone else has, or at least they would have once they're done working on the place. They have separate eating facilities and rooms to meet them. They have a library, a movie room, and an exercise room. It's easy parking. The exterior was clean and attractive and the grounds were attractive. It's a safe enclosed area. Our tour guide was listening to all our needs. They have a nice dining room, there were snacks available, and they cater to specific dietary needs. There was a posted activities list. There were private rooms available.

The staff and the director of nursing at Covington Senior Living are great and very helpful. I like them a lot. We put my dad in a nice-sized one-bedroom with a big double door. The kitchenette is a little bit more than he needs, but it's nice to have a fridge. The amenities are really great. It's a new facility, but the gym could be a little bit better. It's a little lackluster, but outside of that, everything is new and really nice. I have one parent in assisted living and one parent in the memory care unit there. I like the food. They have a couple of things always available on the menu, desserts at lunch and dinner, and amazing breakfasts.
