Our residents are actively involved in all aspects of what happens at Heaton Woods. We ask our residents the question, �What would you like your time here to look like?� We believe strongly in something called �dynamic governance.� It means our residents, staff and family members all have a say in decisions that are made involving their physical, emotional and spiritual care. We respect our residents and believe that their voice, concerns and feelings should be heard when it comes to how they would like their days to look. Through this input we create an individualized care plan that satisfies basic needs and sets new and achievable goals to facilitate continued learning and development.
