My family enjoyed private rooms, and caring staff. The recreational therapist is very kind and cheerful. They met all of our dietary needs and the physical and occupational therapy team were very accommodating. My family were taken to and from appointments and we were updated with the status of their care on a regular basis. This facility is a five star rating on Medicare and I fully agree with that. Amenities include a salon and consistent nursing care.

My stay was good and the nurses and CNA’s were caring and showed compassion. Food was good and the activities were good. I had been working my tail off in therapy trying to get my strength back. Because of a herniated disc with my nerve being pinched. I struggled using my right leg. Daily I was getting shooting pain down my leg and into my foot which became constant. I had no feeling in it. I couldn’t bare weight on it without it buckling. The Nurse practitioner Kim was so insensitive and did not listen to what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and not professional one but. She told me that I needed to get up and walk instead of being in my wheelchair. She obviously didn’t read any of my therapy notes before. She had the worst bed side manner and made me feel like what I was dealing with was fake. The medication they had me on was switched around without my knowledge. Majority of the problems were at the end. Ashley was horrible to work with. Made promises that weren’t fulfilled. She was rude and not professional at all. I am grateful that I had my husband and aunt to make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. I feel bad for all the older folks who have to end their stay there without knowing what’s going on. I would not recommend Stonehenge for anyone!!

The place looks amazing from the outside and lobby. You can definitely tell where the funds were spent because it certainly ISNOT on the staff. My first visit there I did not see anyone either in the reception area, therapy room on the right when you come in the doors I did not see anyone to assist with directions since it was my first visit and once I found the room the call light had been on and no one had answered it. It had been on for a while and we had to go find someone to help. Next visit about 2 weeks later, the patient who was lively and lucid from the first visit had gone down hill a lot. Arrived at 11am and no one had been to see the patient yet. Call button unanswered. Staff were belligerent when we questioned them about the medication the patient was on and the care they were supposed to provide. Therapy days were twice a week?? Really? Another week later. Care for the patient had fallen altogether. Arrived at 3pm and the patient had not been seen by staff at all that day. The bed was wet and soiled. Even after complaining to the staff about the care the call button still went unanswered. Obviously the funds are not spent on the staff, but only on the façade of a building. This is a medicare case so they get paid either way. A complaint will be raised to Medicare about the lack of service provided. Do not recommend having anyone there unless you are willing to be on their case day and night.

The facility is absolutely magnificent once you walk into the lobby. The rooms are not horrible but a far cry from the plushness of the lobby. Now here is where it gets ugly. The skeleton crew that runs the place has a completely carefree attitude. When you try to call no one answers the switchboard ever. My father was there for a total of 10 days and he never received physical therapy once the entire time he was there. They ignored his medical needs while he was there. He was released from the hospital a few days prior to being admitted at Stonehenge and had an indwelling catheter. It was due to be changed and i was assured it would be taken care of. The nurse in charge lied to me several times about his care. It never was changed once while here was there and he went from a mild UTI to septic which in my opinion took his life 5 days after his leaving the facility. I beg of you to take your loved ones elsewhere and avoid this horrible facility. I wish I could give it a negative -5

I have had my father at Stonehenge for 4 full days now. The nursing staff is less than adequate and the CNA’s are off the charts terrible. Each day I keep hoping they will improve but it only gets worse!. My father has a broken back and has gone completely downhill since leaving the hospital. Other than 2 therapists that have only been here one day, everyone else has been useless! I am so disappointed with Stonehenge and definitely would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. We will be moving him to a different facility that cares about their patients.

Stonehenge is an excellent, exceptional, and beautiful facility. The cleanliness is excellent, and the food is good. They have activities going on, but it is not like in independent or assisted living. The staff members are wonderful.
