My wife is in Orem Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. They seem to be taking care of her. There is some staff turnover, and there's some delay in getting help. Her room is similar to a hospital room where there are two patients, but it's clean. She'd like a little bit more food variety.

My husband was hospitlized due to having his gall bladder taken out and edema on his leg due to stroke, He was admitted to Orem Rehab and nursing for nursing care and therapy. I was allowed to stay with him 24/7 due to his stroke, he can't speak so I would help him communicate with the nurses and cna. While he was there in March due to Covid-19, lockdown came into effective and no vistors were allowed for 2 weeks. He was so sad and I couldn't believe I would not see him physically for 2 weeks. When I left the rehab that day the nurses and staff reassured me that he will be taken good care of. They advised me that they will set up skype system so I can talk and see him daily. I was able to facetime him with his tablet daily, they would make sure we got to communicate daily. The nurses are the best. Before the lockdown I was at the Rehab 24/7 and I witness how the nurses were available 24/7. Cna were always checking on him and staffs were so helpful. Because he could not speak the cna workers were able to make word flash cards in english and also in his native tongue, so they could communicate with him. I would like to thank everyone who works there from the Staffs to the nurses, cna workers, therapist, kitchen crew up to the room cleaners. Thank you, thank you all so much. I highly recommend Orem rehab and nursing for care of a loved one. My husband has been discharged less than a week now and I know he misses everyone there. Thank you again Orem Rehab for taking good care of my husband, we will never forget everyone there. Much love and Aloha.

My mom stayed here for respite for a few days and they were fantastic with her. She has Alzheimer's and the staff was super friendly and attentive to her. The facility was nice and it was clean. It was great to know that she was in good hands with people that we could trust to take care of her while we enjoyed a few days of much needed respite from caregiving. I was very impressed with the management of the facility. I would highly recommend Orem Rehab.

This place is horrible. My grandma was here for 4 months. The staff can be pretty rude. The administration staff is even worse. If you make a complaint about something they punish you. That is if they even check on you. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place failed my grandma.

I work for a doctor's office and we have been dealing with appointments for a current resident there. The driver (who is the only one I really have dealt with through this process) was fantastic! He takes care of his patients and is as helpful as he can be as the transportation guy but the administration staff is awful! Every time I would call the facility to coordinate treatment, I would wait on hold for a very long time. This morning I waited on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected. I called back and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up trying. Also, I left a message for one of the staff to call me back several days ago and I have yet to hear from her. Awful communication there at this facility. It has made my job very difficult. I hope that the patient's level of care from nursing staff is much higher than you get from their administrative staff. YUCK! The only reason I give 2 stars is for the transportation staff. Adam, you're great!

None of these types of facilities are wondeful, however they have renovated the entire facility. What is more important their attitude of care has change dramatically for the better. There was not a test I requested for my Mother that they didn't provide her and they found a couple conditions that the Hospital missed. I think Dr. Kimball who is the doctor than oversees the care did a wonderful job for my Mother. This is an entire different place since 2002 when my Father was in the place. It was pretty horrible then. Their physical therapy area is very large with nice new equpiment. I would recommend this place over Provo or even Orchard Park.

We were very happy with Orem Rehabilitation Center. It was very well equipped and very well facilitated. He loved it there. They kept dad right there and they did a wonderful job when he had double pneumonia. We are very pleased with the food and the atmosphere. He had C. diff so he was confined to his room and he couldn't go out to the rehab area anymore but they brought the equipment to him so he can still get the rehab, and so we were very happy with their services. It's a great rehab facility with lots of caring people there.
