I moved into the Cascades at Orchard Park. They have people here that are on long-term stay and they have a wing for people that are on Medicaid. They're understaffed, which seems to be a problem in all the facilities I've been in. They just finished remodeling, so the rooms all looked very nice. They serve pretty huge food portions. It's more than I can eat. They have an activities director and they have a full calendar made out of two to three activities every day. The activities today are chair exercises, and they make candies for Halloween. They do crafts, bingo, and gratitude activities. The facility is up-to-date. It's close to the mountains. It's a pretty location.

Do not go to Orchard Park! It is filthy and the food is horrible. My sister received a horrible infection from their carelessness. The Drs. also are very unattentive. They said they would get back to my sister about her infection in a couple hours but then they left the building for the day. I ended up taking her to the emergency room. This facility is also very dirty and understaffed!

Very poor care. Patients have shingles with sign saying stop not visible. Not even rehab worker did not see sign. They check patients only every 3 to 4 hours

She stayed at Orchard Park Post-Acute Rehab. It's good. I'll use it any time in the future if I need to. The staff is good and attentive, and they have a very good rehab program. The rooms are very large and nice. I believe they have done some remodeling and converted them into double rooms instead of singles. The food is good, and the dining room is clean. They have plenty of activities.

Very attentive and caring. My relative made several friends among the staff, particularly the physical therapy folks.
