My mother recently passed away but was a resident of Lotus Park for a year. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my mother to live. The staff were so caring and attentive, particularly Brenner and McKenna. Lotus Park (now Cogir of Lotus Park) is a beautiful facility and always very well maintained. The receptionists, Kellie and Bella, are always so helpful and friendly. If I ever had any questions or concerns, all I needed to do was talk to Rick, who handled the business end of things, and all would be answered and taken care of immediately. The most important asset of a business is its employees and Lotus Park has the best. Even though my mom was resistant to leaving her home, she would tell me every day how much she loved living at Lotus Park and how nice both the staff and residents were. I will be forever grateful for the exceptional care she received.

Cogir of Lotus Park was very nice. It had everything that was needed. I met several people that worked there, they all seemed really nice and interested in the people. It was very clean. They had rooms for respite care and one room was all furnished. Even though it was just a respite, they would do the laundry and have all the meals and snacks for them. They would give them the medications and everything that they needed throughout the day. They have a separate memory care, and then another part for other residents. Their memory care had their own place, eating place, activities, and everything. They were all separate and locked away from others so that people couldn't just walk out. It seemed like they had plenty of staff there too. Just in the memory care I ran into at least five or six people there. They seemed to have plenty of staffing. The staff that I talked to seemed to be quite nice. They seemed to know what they were doing and they were busy taking care of people, but still took the time to say hello. They had a nice layout. They had the activities and then the dining room and then the hallways where people had their own room, so it was laid out nicely.

Cogir of Lotus Park looked like a pretty nice place, and it had everything I wanted in it. The reason I went out there is because they've got a section that's just a little bungalow-type thing. The residents come and go as they want. They've got their own doors. They're not inside the main building. They just didn't think it was conducive for me to use them. It's clean. They were doing a little bit of repair, but that had nothing to do with the building. They were just changing some doors because they put a big freezer in and they couldn't get it through the door. I thought they were very well kept and everything looked nice. It was very well constructed. The receptionist was very friendly and the one who took us on the tour was friendly. I didn't see any of the other residents.

I just want to say thank you. The staff here are so sweet and so quick to help my mother out with all of her needs. I cannot stress enough how sweet the front concierge lady, Kellie, is! She has helped answer so many questions I had through this transition. I would highly recommend this place to any family looking for a place for their loved ones.

I like it here at Lotus Park. It is a good place to live. I love the country setting. The back patio is very tranquil and I enjoy the flower and vegetable gardens that the residents are able take care of. Lotus Park has great food and a very caring staff. I enjoy the friendships I have made here. I am part of the welcoming committee here and like meeting the new people who move in. Whenever the residents have suggestions on activities or outings they would like to do, the staff does their best to accommodate them to make it happen. Overall, I really enjoy living at Lotus Park.

My husband & I have lived at Lotus Park for 10 years. We've seen many people come and go. We've made so many friends, with staff & other residents. We enjoy going on outings. We go to Walmart and lunch outings at different restaurants every week. We recently went to Hogle Zoo, that was a lot of fun. We enjoy the activities where we do alot of different crafts & we play games daily. The staff here is very caring.

We are choosing Lotus Park Senior Living for my dad because it looked more accommodating for him. It didn't have a lot of areas in that place for him to possibly fall. The staff was so nice and helpful to us. They answered all our questions. They had a fitness center, a nice dining room, and a place for activities. It was a nice facility overall.

The staff here is very attentive. They take care of my needs and the meals they serve are wonderful. It's also convenient to shopping centers, such as Walmart, and they'll even provide me transportation to go over there if I need to. There are several different activities, so it's a very wonderful place to live. I got a very nice apartment. It faces the sun, so I bought myself some blackout curtains and the maintenance man was just right on top of getting over here and getting those hung for me so that I don't have to put up with the sun coming into my room. The facility manager, Tara, is very professional and cares about us as individuals.
