I was a short term rehabilitation resident. I received excellent care during my stay. The Nurses were kind, caring, knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, and hard working. They would take the extra time to listen to any questions or concerns I had. They made sure I was well taken care of. The CNA's were Amazing! Logan Nursing and Rehab Center has a rehab and long-term section. They were very helpful to my before she passed away. They had church on a speaker system, so she didn’t even have to go to the room, she could listen to services. She did sometimes go out to the dining room for food, and the food was OK. It's pretty cool that they feed you. They did a good job.

My girlfriends grandma was staying here while recovering from hip surgery. The facility catered to her needs very well. She is full navajo, and knows no english. The nurses there were very eager to learn phrases and words so that they could communicate with her. They also made arrangements for another nurse who was also navajo to be transferred from the hospital to help out with her as well. Overall I think this was the best place my girlfriends grandma could have been in the area that I live in...

Logan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an older facility but the only way you can tell is by the dated floors in the hallways and rooms and the ceiling lights. They are always painting and decorating rooms so that they are pleasing to the eye. They recently updated there front sign which looks great. This older facility has really tried to stay updated.
