My only complaint is they told me my stay in Kolob was covered by my insurance. Even the 3 extra days after my surgeon said I could go home. Then I get billed over 90 days later saying my insurance will not pay for it! (Over $5,000.) I do not have the funds to pay for it. EMIA has reviewed it at least 2 times and continue to deny the claim. I don't know what to do next.
