Keep your loved ones out of Willow park rehab.they do not answer the patients buzzer.Thestaff at night stays at the nurses station laughing and having aloud grand time..one of the aides has told my loved one on the first night to just use the brief instead of taking the time to help her use thevrestroomThey do that to a lot of patients.Food is awful chicken under cooked and they served one day lettuce with corn on to seinors can’t not swallow that .they released my mom on a Thursday was told she needs oxygen and home health well Monday clomes around no oxygen or a call from home health I have called them and was told they would get back to me.The state of health needs to do something about them.we aledoians should not tolerate this happening in our community they need to be shut down. The residents are being guarded at the front door by someone who’s sits and looks at thier phone and really don’t care who you are..

Aids under qualified, overworked, under paid. They run off really good help. Nurses don't do anything special. Just gets someone else to do there job. Call button not living up to button 2 hour wait to get help. Real emergency not handled right. upper staff not trained.childish job.not professional. Nut house.more then rehab or nursing home. Not using talent. Lots of untrained people. Food sucks. Feels like jail. Everyday I look to get out. No one cares.xsome people sleeping on wheel chairs in hallways. One lady they put her in dinning room lie her down at a table and put a balloon days happy birthday. Aids have to fight with nutty people. Sounds like a zoo day and night. Would not come here if I new I was not cared for. Like a bunch of kids run this company.

This place was horrible! Please don't trust them to care for your loved ones! The food is awful, same bad meals fay after day and not meals suited for elderly! Some of the nurses are good, but they don' have enough staff to do a good job! The aides sit around and laugh when patients are needing care. They don't answer their phones for hours! They tried to tell me my loved one wasn't ready for hospice after they overmedicated her and she ended up in the hospital for a week and never recovered to her previous level. She passed 8 days after I brought my own hospice company in. Communication with the nurses and especially the administrative staff is non existent! Please don't even consider this place, it is a nightmare!

If I could give this facility a negative 5 I would. My father was placed in here for 2 weeks of rehab for strength & balance while walking. He was living independently before his stay at Willow Park Rehab. In the one week he was there he had daily complaints of no one answering his call light to help him to the bathroom. He was a High Risk fall patient but no one seemed to care. He was left in his feces for hours upon hours....like it was easier to clean him up than help. How humiliating. We had already made plans to move him back home and hire private rehab & help but my father was found on the floor DEAD by his bed in this facility early one morning. Not a single person from Willow Park Rehab even called to discuss the death or give condolences, nor did they return any of my calls or e-mails about my fathers care the week before. No bed rails were up, no bed alarm to keep him safe. I am a nurse and know better care & communication could have been provided. Please Do NOT put your family members in this facility.

Had to remove my mother from facility. Beautiful building. Terrible service. Slow staff. Terrible food. My mother was severely dehydrated after being in there. She layed in a peed bed one night all night because no one would come help even though they kept calling for someone. 9 days in there for rehab and they only got her out of bed 4 times!!! Very little rehab work. They gave her the wrong doses of pain medications so she was way overdosed over the weekend. Apparently not monitoring her food intake or water in take. I WOULD NOT recommend this facility.

The facility is nice. However, the communication is not good with the staff. My relatives clothes and belongings were given away. I was told her belongings would be packed and stored until they could be picked up. I went several days after her death & they were not ready. Went back later & was told after many other excuses that they were given away. If I had been told I had 2 weeks to pick them up I would have complied. But I was never informed of that fact.

I was so hesitant to put my mom in a "nursing facility" for rehab. But I am so glad we chose Willow Park and thankful for the care my mom received here! The facility is beautiful and clean! The nursing and rehab staff were caring and personalized!! Mary in admissions is so sweet and quickly returned my calls, the Nursing Director took my late night calls to her cell and addressed all my concerns, the Administrator was sweet and very helpful, and the doctor was quick to respond to the nurses calls and in the facility several times a week. I won't ever put my family anywhere else!! God bless yall for all the care!!!

Terribly understaffed bad quality of aids very poor monitoring of rooms. Extremely under-qualified aids. Nurses have been very nice and do a good job. Management difficult and very hard to communicate with. Seems to be a social environment for the employees rather than a care facility.

my mother received great care here, the staff were all very nice to mom and administration was very helpful with any questions that i had. this is moms second visit to the facility after a broken hip she suffered while at home. mom loved the therapy department staff and the nurse aides were very kind. mom is a picky eater so if they served something she did not like they always offered her something else to eat.

I visited Willow Park, and it was nice. At the time I was there, they had just opened up and had just a few patients, but it was a pretty large facility, and it looked like it was well laid out. The staff answered my questions and gave me a tour. It was close to us, and if I would go to a facility, I would certainly go to something close to this area.
