Outstanding love , care, attention. My goodness I can not express enough how much I love your care center. College Park relieved me of the burden that my Mother was leaving this world. I will always be great full. Thank everyone there. God Bless the staff.

Very poor care. Sister was admitted on a Sunday after having surgery for a broken ankle. She wasn't given anything to drink for at least 3 hours and then I had to go get it. She was supposed to have a bath on Monday but didn't. A week later she had only gotten 1 shower and that was on Tuesday after being admitted on Sunday. During her first week there she had diarrhea and soiled her clothes twice and had to stay in a soiled diaper and clothes. On the 7th day when I got there she was in a soiled diaper and was wearing the same clothes for @ least 3 days. I immediately went to get a wash cloth and towel to do a sponge bath and I changed the soiled diaper.

The facility looks very nice, but we were unhappy with the care my mother received. We were unable to visit because of the COVID virus and I believe the care was not as good as it would have been if family members were able to go in. They were very slow to respond to the call button. Mother would call me so that I could call the front desk for help. Sometimes someone would answer and sometimes not. While talking on the phone with her, I could yelling and loud talking in the hallway. They were either under staffed or very slack with their duties.

It is a beautiful facility...that's all. Once my mother arrived, they never changed her sheets, swept the floor, anything. They would get the trash daily, that's it. When we came in Mom was, for the most part, bedridden. Broken left arm and foot. They got her to bed and left. They did not "have" the meds she needed, so I had to bring Hers from home and dispense them myself. I basically had to move in with her, because they NEVER came in to check on her, just because, we had to summon them and they came when they were ready. I never saw a rude or unfriendly staff member. I called them out on seeming uncaring, they told me what I wanted to hear, and went on their way. They take great pride in the appearance of the facility, not the guests. The place came highly recommended by others that I know. I suppose if your loved one can get around with no assistance, this would be the place for them. If they are non-ambulatory, care for them in your home. They will see more love and caring thete.

5+ years ago this was a great place, however, the change in ownership/management has brought negative changes to the facility. Quantity over quality is reflected in their day to day operations. Very disappointed in the lack of sensitivity and compassion by management in regards to the treatment of my father during his last days before he passed away.

My loved on, Carl, is in the College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center now. It's a nice place. They serve good food. The staff has been good so far, except for one or two girls who did some yelling at him. He can't talk, so they get frustrated with him. But, some are really sweet to him. He is having therapy, but there's not much they can do with him. It is a good place. The staff members who work in the office are all good and helpful. I go down there almost every day and feed Carl his lunch. The girls are there to help people eat, but they're so busy talking to each other. They can't get food into people's mouth. They do help them, but I think they should just cut down on their own talking and take care of the people.

2/17/2017. My mom just got out of College Park Rehab in Weatherford Tx (45 days) where she recovered very well. The management kept us siblings in the loop of her progress and staff was very good and responsive to her needs and to our calls and inquiries. Mom actually loved the food. She got to know the staff and everyone was so good and kind to her. She was in physical therapy and occupational therapy every day and progressed from barely walking to walking all 4 of the facility's halls before leaving. For right now we would highly recommend their services. Mom said if she ever needs a longer term care this is where we should put her.

College Park is excellent. They're dedicated to memory care. Regarding their rooms, all the bathrooms I saw were standard. They all had the walk-in showers and raised toilet seats. They have lots of activities, i.e., painting, games for memory. They have a lot of engagement with them to try to express their memories. They're very involved and very active and very engaged, but also twice the price.

She is one of the best administrators I have known. She is hard-working, honest, and kind. As a licensed social worker, also, she knows how to relate to people.

Don't be fooled by the pretty building! The administrator is the most hateful woman on the planet, blaming everyone else for their deficiencies. I complained about the lack of quality checks on my mom, and she called me a liar and stormed out of the office. Only one nice staff member there exists, which is a nurse, Margaret. I would not ever recommend this joke of a Senior care center.

This is the second time she's been at College Park Rehabilitation Center. The facility is clean and I was pleased with her care.
