We've moved into Morada Victoria East. We're very pleased. Everything is offered exactly what we have asked for. This is an independent retirement community. The staff is excellent. We live in a two-bedroom, two-bath. It's a little one-story house type. It's not exactly like an apartment in a tall building. They have duplexes, too. We have not had the time to attend any of the activities other than going out for the lunch and dinner meals. You're very much more independent, but there are activities. It's maintenance free. They have housekeeping. They have a little exercise every day or three times a week, and a library. They have a rec and a dining center. The meals are provided except breakfast, but lunch and dinner are provided absolutely, which is a full meal. The food is very good and it's homestyle.

I toured Morada Victoria East. I loved everything about it. Everything was perfect. It was an amazing place. The staff was very nice and polite. Everything was nice and clean. It's a paradise. They had a game room. You don't have to cook if you don't want to. You could go to the dining room and eat or they could deliver to you. They had a clubhouse for them to go to. They had activities every day. Something is going on at all times. They had a calendar with everything on it, something to do every day.

It was wonderful, but it wasn't for me. The room was like a little apartment. They showed me with a one-bedroom with kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom, and another one-bedroom with a den; both were very nice and clean. There were art classes, bingo, outings, and trips. The dining area was beautiful and set up like a nice restaurant. They were getting ready for lunch when I visited. They do your laundry, clean your house, and bring you your lunch if you need it.

It had individual houses and a common dining hall. They take residents anywhere they want to go. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. They served meals twice a day. You had to do breakfast on your own. They had a small kitchen in each unit. They had a game room and a library which were right next to a park.
