I like that this community has animals, and there are always family and staff members around. They do physical therapy, exercises, and they do a men's luncheon where they take them out, they barbecue, and for the ladies they get flowers and do flower arrangements. They also go to the movies, drive around to see scenery, there's wine and cheese clubs, and there's many other things going on. The rooms are shared, each of the residents has their own bed, armoire, night stand, and so on, and it doesn't feel crowded. They also don't encourage the residents to just stay in their rooms. They were able to accommodate my dad's special diet.

Frontier Management LLC /Auberge bought out Silverado in June of 2019. We were REALLY happy with my mothers exceptional, compassionate care when it was run by Silverado. Unfortunately the new west coast company owners are not at all the hands on, family oriented facility it once was. It now seems like so many other large corporations, a money maker, at all costs. It is evident in the new contracts, up charging for many things that were once included, cutback of residence activities & outings, feedback form unhappy diminishing caregivers & staff. We are so sad to loose what was once a truly amazing, happy place : (

My mother is here, and it has been great. They are okay, but there are two people in a room that is not really separated. That is the only down side to that place, otherwise, there is staff around all the time. They are super sweet, and very nice. They always encourage families to come and visit. They do not charge you for meals or anything like that. They take them on outings.

I've seen and gone into the community, which is just for Alzheimer's. It was pleasant. Everybody seemed nice. I went there because my son was playing piano there in the gathering room. They enjoyed it. The gathering room was very nice. It was clean, no smell to it, and they have animals walking around. The place is near banks; there's a church across the street, a grocery store nearby, and Walgreens. There are restaurants and a clinic.

I chose this community because of their activity level and the fact that when you walk to the place it has no odors. My mother has been very busy doing crafts. They also take the residents for a drive which is very important for our mother. They also have wine and cheese tasting. They have happy hour and they have people come in for entertainment; to play the piano and sing. It's really a wonderful experience. Their dining room and the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
