We would like to take this opportunity to give our sincerest appreciation and thanks to Reunion Plaza for the care of our mother/wife over these past 4 years. From the excellent work of housekeeping, dietary, CNA's, and the nurses to the supervision of the departments, our family member has received their wants and needs in a timely manner with care and quality. Could improve

The place is super nice and clean. The administration people were super except for the main boss. Not that she was not kind or whatever it's just that I tried 3 times to speak with her and the front desk always said she had someone in her office never asking if she could get back with me. The food was pretty rough and the rehab nursing help were very unhelpful. I laid in my own feces for more than an hour at least 5 times. They have NO sense of urgency. But on the other hand they were quick to help save my life more than once. God bless them for that!! I coded once and had chest pains another and they took immediate action.. Thank you..all and all I feel if they would get there rehab girls straight it would make a world of difference. They have bad attitudes ( except) for Jennifer and Carolyn and it makes you feel as a burden to them. But I would recommend this place if the front staff would address these issues. Thank you.

I toured Reunion Plaza Senior Care & Rehab Center Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. It was newer and cleaner. The person assisting with the tour was fine, but the staff was non-committal. They seemed like they just wanted to get their eight hours in and get home, and that's fine, that's what people do. They didn't seem busy, but they appeared to be. They tried to look busy, too busy to look up and speak, or anything. But you could tell they didn't seem like they cared. They're probably doing their job, but they don't seem to be happy about it. It's an older place, but it's kept up clean. It doesn't have that smell, no odor.

Saddened Family

Our father hasn't seen the sun in 3 months. We can only visit thru a locked glass window and the food portions are very small with never a snack. I called another home in our city and they take the resident out into a courtyard to visit their family with a mask. Before you choose this home I advise you to speak to Jimmy which I believe is 2nd in charge and you will more than likely choose another home. Please understand I do not mean to bad mouth anyone but your loved one is so very important to you and this place is honestly worse than any prison with a warden that is very unempathetic. God Bless.. Good luck.They ask me to write about activities. There are none. He sits in his room 24hours a day. The staff is kind except for the weekend nights. I won't say what's on my mind about them.

The staff seems to be good with my mother but whoever makes the rules must not like flowers. I went by to deliver a dozen roses to my mom and I was informed that they had to stay outside on the windowsill. I understand why we can't visit because of this. Corona virus but roses don't cough.. Not a cool rule.. I'll give them 5 stars because I have no idea of any of the questions because its locked down like a prison..

Reunion Plaza's appearance and the layout are OK, but they're really short-handed, and you have to wait. They have mostly CNAs who work there and sometimes you can't get a registered nurse who can give medication, so sometimes my uncle's medicine is delayed. The staff is friendly, and there's just not enough of them. They need some LVNs and more registered nurses. They have a little dining area and the quality of the food is OK. They provide activities for the residents that can participate , like bingo, and they recently had a Super Bowl party.
