My father has moved into Spring Creek Village. It's very close to where my mother lives, so that makes it very convenient. My father's room is a one-bedroom. It's not anything I wouldn't expect. The whole point is that we're trying to keep him with other people, not just by himself. When I went there the first time, they gave me a cake that their cook made, that I brought back to the house and as soon as my wife had tried the cake, she was like, 'This is where dad needs to go.' I can't say a whole lot about their activities. I've gone over multiple times, and my father just sits at a table with other gentlemen, so he is at least getting out. This past Friday, they had another band, and everybody was having a really good time, so that made us very happy. They have a nice patio that they can sit on. It's a little warm in Houston right now, but there's been a couple of days that my mother has been over there, she sat outside and enjoyed it. I give kudos to all the staff. They seem to be doing a great job. They sincerely enjoy working with their clients. I give them all the credit in the world to be able to deal with dementia patients like that, and that says a lot. I haven't dealt with this ever before, but I'm completely satisfied at the moment.

My parents and I have visited the Spring Creek Village twice. It was good, clean, and had enough space in their assisted living apartments. The staff was very good and very helpful. The dining area was welcoming but we did not sample the food. The first time we visited they got everyone dressed up and they were having a fashion show. The second time, they were having a dance group come and perform. They tried to do different things there.

I pretty much like everything about Spring Creek Village. It was very clean, very nice. The staff and the people there were very friendly and accommodating. It seemed like a place my mom would probably fit in well. They have a $3,000 upfront fee you have to pay to get into this place, and I kind of have a problem with that. But otherwise, this was a very nice place. They did not have much parking. The staff were very informative and very friendly. They seem to know a lot about the place and what it has to offer. The dining area was very nice, clean, and good. There were people there playing cards and putting puzzles together, and it had like a homey feel to it.

We're in the process of moving my mother-in-law to Spring Creek Village. The staff who toured us around was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to get stuff done quickly for us and followed up. When we toured, they gave us a pie that was very good. The facility looks great. There's a courtyard or lawn. They have doctors that come in. They have a podiatrist that comes in every month. Everything is very well organized.

I chose Spring Creek Village for my husband mainly because I had to hurry and get a place within 5 days. The other place he was in went into foreclosure and we had 3 days to move him. This place is only a mile and a half from my home and they had an opening, so I took it. Many of the workers here came from the previous place where my husband was too so they are good. It's a large place and looks very nice. It's very aesthetically pretty. The rooms are generous and they have their own private bathrooms, which is a real plus. The food that assisted living gets is extremely good. The food that the memory care people get is also okay but my husband is on a mechanical, soft diet, so it makes a difference on what kind of food they can give him. I'm not crazy about the housekeeping part of it. For the price, I spent less than a lot of people who are new residents here because they honored the amount of money I was paying at the facility before. Until February, I'm still going to pay the reduced amount that other people are paying. It's still outrageously expensive though but from what I hear other people are paying, I guess I'm getting an okay value for my money. The activities have been nice. Yesterday was especially wonderful. They had a Father's Day celebration and brought in all these classic cars from a classic car club and took everybody outside to see them. They were playing 50's music outside for everybody too. They had hotdogs and hamburgers and all kinds of different types of food. It was nice.

Spring Creek Village has caring people and lively people, with plenty of activities and great food. The staff was very polite, caring, and attentive. The dining area was like a beautiful restaurant. There's a salon, exercises, bingo, Mardi Gras gathering, and small games throughout the day. My sister has a 1-bedroom apartment with a huge bathroom, a nice living room, and a little kitchenette with no stove. The maintenance and everything look great, I see no problem. The facility and apartment itself are clean and updated, with a walk-in shower. It looks like an apartment complex.

I went to Spring Creek Village. I didn't like them very much, maybe it was the place or the touring. The staff showed me the memory care area. I didn't like that some people were just sitting there and not doing anything. The rooms were really small. I met a lady. She was really nice and everything. The staff when I first came over were really nice. They gave me the tour for about 30-45 minutes. She didn't mention anything about a nurse, and she gave me a booklet with the prices and things like that. That was it. They also didn't ask about my brother. She didn't show me much. She dind't show me a gym or a salon, though there's a small courtyard. The place was very clean, and it's not far from the hospital.

My mom is in the memory care area of Spring Creek Village. It's excellent. Everything is tidy and neat. When you walk into some places like this, you could smell something funky, but not there. Everything in Spring Creek Village is just impeccable, and I am impressed. The building is in excellent shape. Everything is clean and freshly painted. The staff went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me get her placed. We had a few issues at first, but they've been amazing. They get in touch with me every day and give me an update on my mom. They respond quickly to my texts, emails, and phone calls, and my mom seems to be having a great time. They also have activities throughout the day. They have morning and afternoon activities and then they have a little break time in the afternoon. Their activities are geared towards their specific needs in memory care. So, they've been truly amazing.

I liked Spring Creek Village. If we move my mom, that would be the place I would probably put her. It's closer to me for one thing. I liked the facility, and the girl whom I talked to was very good. They have a nice model room; the furniture in there and everything was just bright. It looked nice and newer. I wish they had more outside places to walk. It's a small place, and it doesn't have many outside walkways and stuff. They had a big fireplace in the dining room, it was cozy, and I liked that. They had a nice porch to sit out on outside, and they had a beauty salon. It felt very homey there.

We have chosen Spring Creek Village for my uncle. The location was the primary reason. That was my biggest concern: that my aunt could live by my cousin and near my uncle. The facility itself was immaculate, the staff was second to none, I toured a lot of places, and the staff was knowledgeable, caring, and professional. It's just a very impressive facility. The rooms were larger than the other ones I toured. I liked the fact that we used my uncle's own furniture to set up his room -- you didn't have to use their furniture -- and they gave you a choice of rooms. In the memory care unit, it's very secure although very open, with a lot of light. My uncle moved in on February 22, and he's adjusted well. They have a very diverse menu, and actually the day I went to tour the place, I also met the chef. We discussed his menu for his diet because he's very picky. He seems to be eating all of his meals. They gave us the menu at the beginning of the week to show us what they'll be having all week. They cover the food and beverages, they have snacks throughout the day, and they have a lot of activities. They have a common area with a TV, but they have a schedule of activities that includes exercise programs, chair exercises, and things that they can do, which I think has been very beneficial to him. They play games appropriate to Alzheimer's patients, and they even have games custom made for memory care patients where the numbers are larger. A lot of things are color coded, even their eating utensils. They see which ones they master best, and they notice if they have problems cutting up their food and things. The attention to detail was unbelievable, and the pricing was so much less than a lot of the facilities in the Woodlands that is only like a half-mile away. It's a large facility, it's easily accessible, and it was just a perfect fit. So far, so good. Anything can happen, but we're very pleased with the choice. They've exceeded our expectations. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and very honest. They have to be very strict (because of the pandemic), they're very forthright on the rules, and it's just a very well-managed staff.

Spring Creek Village is very nice. We chose it for my father because it pretty much had everything that we were looking for. It was nice and clean, it's a pretty new building, and the staff was very nice. He's doing very well there. The apartments are nice and clean. They have bingo almost every day, chair exercises, and trips to Wal-Mart (or wherever). He is also getting therapy from OT and PT. It's close to my sister's house, it's in a place that he's familiar with, and it's close to his doctors. It just fit all of our requirements.

My father-in-law is in Spring Creek Village. It’s very clean. He happy and feels it’s like staying at a high-class hotel. The staff is very helpful and seem to stay on top of things. If they pick up on something or notice something that they think I should know, they’re very quick to give me a call. He goes every day to bingo, dominoes, and the exercise classes. If there’s an outing to a grocery store, movies, restaurant or a museum, he goes to every single one of them just so he can get out. He likes the food, but he’s complained a couple of times about the short meal time and that there is not that much variety and flavor.

When I visited Spring Creek Village Senior Living I was quickly fascinated by the rooms, dining area, and the overall appearance of the facility. However, when speaking to current residents I was told of a disrespectful, rude, and condescending employee who is the director of activities whom mainly worked in the memory care center. When I spoke to this employee personally I could not fathom how much she did not care for concerns, for this reason I have decided to take my parents elsewhere.

I really liked Spring Creek. It’s a beautiful facility with good care. I had a nice visit and lunch. I was impressed with everything, but I decided that a smaller, more home-like setting would be best for my husband. They had a chef and excellent food. They went above and beyond and put me in touch with a lady whose husband is there; she called me just to share her experiences, which was vey sweet. She was very pleased. She had her husband somewhere else that turned into a disaster, and her mother is also in the assisted living; she had a lot of good things to say with Spring Creek.

Spring Creek was awesome, close to me and my brother, and the price was very good. The staff was very informative and very helpful. I spoke with several couples sitting outside, and they were very happy and loved the place. The size of the rooms was adequate. They had an arts and crafts class, a cooking class with a full kitchen, exercise classes, and activities at night, like social events.

Among the places that we visited, Spring Creek Village was the one we liked the best. It was an assisted living and had a memory care unit, too. We ate a meal there, and it was better than a five-star restaurant; it was just perfect. We liked the rooms; they were nice and large. They have similar floor plans as other places, but theirs just seemed above and beyond to me. They were great; we really liked the staff there. It was just very nice. We really liked it.

There is too much turnover here. We are looking for another facility. Every time they get someone great that we really like and does a great job, they run them off. I am looking to move out of here as soon as I can. The food is not very good but you have to pay for it even if you cook your own meals. The management here is terrible. The front desk staff are fake and cold hearted. The main supevisor is the fakest and very rude. This use to be a great place to live and now most of us are miserable.

I have found Spring Creek Village for my mother. It is very nice. The rooms/apartments are beautiful. The staff is very caring. They're great and very helpful. The facility is very clean. Food is OK. Security is fine. Overall, we have been very pleased with the care and the support that we have been given, so I have no complaints.

Spring Creek was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice, and they gave you information on the place. It is close to my brother’s home and convenient, but they don’t go for Medicaid.

The overall experience and the amount that I would have to pay monthly in getting in is something that I could manage. Spring Creek Village is in a good location; I could still have my friends visit. They're not big, and they had a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, which were very nice. I like the idea that as you needed to move on, you can have that chance to do it there because right next door is the memory care. The dining room wasn't quite as elegant as the other ones, but it was very nice with comfy chairs and had a nice selection. I didn't eat there, but they had made me some cookies and a pie to take home. They had an exercise room, bingo, church service, crafts, a reading section, and a library full of books.

My mother-in-law is in Magnolia Heights and it is a gorgeous place. It is a lovely, lovely place. I have no problem with the staff. What I like about Magnolia Heights is that when my husband and I are fully tied up, all we have to do is call over there and talk to the lady who is in charge, and they will take my mother-in-law to the doctors and they'll bring her back, too -- we have no problems. My mother-in-law has a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. In the kitchen, she has a microwave, a full refrigerator, and a sink -- very nice. Magnolia Heights is also an Alzheimer's care facility.
