My apartment is roomy and lovely. I feel very content and safe here. The facility is well taken care of and provides a nice variety of services. Each floor has a housekeeper and mine is just great!! Maintenance of the place is commendable. There is much to care for here. This is a classy and peaceful community. The staff is accommodating and caring from the Executive Director to the community bus driver and other assistant personnel. They truly care about us. Did I make the right choice of a place to live out my golden years? You bet I did!!

I toured Paradise Springs. It wasn't that great. The staff who gave the tour was okay, but I did not like what they showed me. They showed me about a 400-square-foot room. I think they call it the studio, and I didn't like it at all. For amenities, they had exercise rooms and game rooms. They're pretty much all the same.

We went to Paradise Springs. The first thing we noticed, was the parking was not close to your apartment. It's a pretty long walk from the parking area to where you live. They said they have dining there and I guess they do. But there's not much fellowship among the residents as it is here where we are. They have both one and two bedrooms. The staff was very nice, took us around, and answered our questions. No problem there. It is a nice layout. The one thing we noticed is that we don't have as many elevators as we have here. So it's a longer walk to the elevator especially if you have an apartment at the end of the hallway.

It was truly homey, bright and delightful. We have toured many and some have smells, some have unpleasant people, some are dirty and Paradise Springs just felt right!

My dad moved to Paradise Springs. What I like best is it's convenient for me to get there when he needs something. So location is the best. The least thing I like is the location of his room. It's one of the furthest rooms from the elevator, and he's currently not able to walk on his own. The cleanliness is okay. I don't like the way the air conditioner is set up to cool the room. The atmosphere is pleasant. The room sizes are nice. The dining area is nice.

My grandmother moved into a two bedroom with a great view. The cost is significantly lower than what she was paying for less space. The food is wonderful, the staff is helpful and the residents are happy. We are pleased so far.

I found Paradise Springs kind of small. The staff was very informative. The dining area was fine. Their amenities were nice. They were all great. The only thing I had a problem with was the rooms. The rooms were super small. It's like the only thing that fits in there is a bed. There was a TV in the room and that's it. From what I've seen, the upkeep was fine.

I toured Paradise Springs-Sky Active Living. It's a lovely place. The staff was wonderful. The residents were nice and friendly. It's a one-bedroom apartment. They have transportation for doctors' visits. I tried the meal and they have a good chef. The facility was great. They had a wooden elevator, which was wonderful.

My father is in Paradise Springs. We chose it because it's close to his current residence and his friends, and he liked it. My father tells me everybody knows his name and he likes that. The food is good, but they're a little slow to get it out. The weekend food service is very slow. It takes over an hour to eat. They have cornhole. They have bowling, religious services, and movie nights. He goes for drinks at the bar. He's very happy. The amenities are good. They have a place where you can get your haircut, and they have a pool table.

We love Paradise Springs. It's very nice and very clean. The staff is very friendly, and everybody is very, very helpful. They've got a new activity director. There are several activities per day. There's a wide variety of food. There are three options for each meal. My brother-in-law loves his room; it's very nice. There's a chapel, a barber beauty shop, a workout area, another area where they do physical therapy, an area where they can watch games with a big screen TV and there's a pool table. The dining room is just fabulous and the staff brings the meals to the residents by cart. It's just a nice facility. He's got a large room. It's a one-bedroom. He's got a balcony and brand-new carpet. It has a kitchenette and a nice walk-in shower. It's very nice and very clean. They do their laundry once a week and they clean their apartments once a week and that's included in the fees. It's like four miles from my house and it met all of our needs.

I had a good visit here. The facility was good. Jessica was nice. I showed up there at lunchtime, so I got to see the dining area and the people. Everyone seemed happy and there was plenty of room. They had some special services for the residents like a lady was getting her hair done and they also did physical therapy there. It's very clean. There's no smell and I was impressed with that.

It was nice. They don't have a full kitchen inside the unit, so you can't do a lot of cooking. They have two or three small machines in the exercise room. They have different programs. The exercise room was really small and limited inside. The staff was great. She explained everything to me about the details of the amenities they offer and the different options.

We went to Paradise Springs. It was very nice. It wasn't what my sister was looking for, but the tour itself was awesome. The tour two years ago was great. The tour guide was very nice and very helpful. The place was pretty. It had lots of trees. It was peaceful. It was clean. The dining room was nice. It was spacious and well-lit. It felt homey.

I visited Paradise Springs. It was excellent. The only thing we didn't get to look at are the cottages. I do have a service dog and that's what I was interested in. They showed us a room and everything, including the dining and the laundry. They gave us a tour of the grounds, and everything was excellent. The person was very nice, took their time, and answered all the questions. We didn't do the meals, but the dining room looked excellent. I would rate that a five. I know that it flooded in this location.

Paradise Springs was a lovely place. The tour person was a lovely person. It's right near where I live, not even a mile from here. They have like duplexes that are two-bedroom, two bath with a one-car garage; I like that. I like the fact that it is a retired community, and there's no assisted living in there. They have studio places. They have one-bedrooms, and the one I'm looking at has a full kitchen. They have three meals a day, and they have housekeeping. It is lovely. It is very, very nice. I was taken back and really surprised because it was more than what I thought it was. There were a lot of people in canes, walkers, and things; the youngest person there is 55 and the oldest is 101. They do a lot of activities. The staff gave me an activity sheet. The staff was excellent. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and lovely.

I toured Paradise Springs, and the people are very nice. I actually had lunch with a couple of the residents, and they were very welcoming. It was a very nice visit, they had a lot to offer, and I just wish my mom would have taken the opportunity to go there. I think she would've been very happy. It was very clean, and everything looked like it was wonderfully taken care of. The people serving the lunch were nice, they knew a lot of the residents, or probably all of them. I only have positive things to say about that place. I had told my mother that's where I'll go when I'm ready. I think they had two or three different options for lunch. They had fish, meat, and maybe chicken. They had variety and had plenty of food. I met a couple of them, one was like a secretary-type person. All of them were very welcoming and very pleasant. They seem to know the people that live there, which is always a good thing, and my understanding is the staff stays there quite a while, which is nice because they were not all new people. We looked at the rooms, which were all lovely, and there were people there in wheelchairs. There were people that had a bit of dementia, but not really bad, and people that need help with their pills and those kinds of things. There were people that needed assistance. The nice part was they didn't segregate them, so they felt like they weren't being put in a category. When you move or get your loved one into a room, or in a place where they start feeling comfortable, it's really hard to move them again when they need assistance, so that was really a plus for that place.

I thought the grounds were beautiful at Paradise Springs. It's a very small, quaint, community. The director I talked to was wonderful and gave me some great resources to help me. It was really good. It was nice.

Paradise Springs was a beautiful place and it looked like someplace I would want to live. I was accommodated very well. It's not set up like a nursing home. It has large open areas, and you have your own little apartment, with a refrigerator, microwave, a little kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, and a door that goes to a little patio area. It's very nice. You're free to do what you want. You can go down to the dining hall for meals.

I visited Paradise Springs. The wonderful staff was very informative. They were booked to capacity and had a waiting list. From what I saw, it was very nice and somewhere I would definitely have my mom stay. The lady who assisted us was courteous and was very informative about the application.

I visited Paradise Springs. I liked that it offered cottages that were more like private homes rather than apartments. The food was good but not gourmet. The residents appeared to be happy. The staff was very cordial and inviting. They seemed to offer a lot that appealed to residents. It was a nice place.

Paradise Springs was pretty nice, had wonderful grounds, and had a very attractive environment. The staff member was very courteous and understood my situation, so she didn't feel that she had to pressure me anymore. She gave me all of the options that I needed to make a decision. It was so interesting to be part of the very relaxing scenery. The rooms were comfortable.

The Paradise Springs was very nice. I didn’t get to bring my friend in and taste the food, so I don’t know about the food they offered. The rooms were nice. If my friend had chosen to go there, I would have been very happy for her to have been there. The dining room was nice. The people were very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions straightforward.

I visited Paradise Spring. The room was small -- 1-bedroom, with a little bit of kitchen, a bathroom, and a closet. The food was pretty good, they serve 3 meals, and the dining area was clean and large. they have a pool table and cards table, but nobody there played cards.

Everything in Paradise Springs has been awesome. The people answer all of our questions quickly, and my father-in-law is super happy. It is a huge blessing. The apartment is perfect. It is like an efficiency type with a queen-sized bed, his recliner, and TV. They have activities, like poker, a pool table, movies, and dances. They have everything. I will definitely recommend them. So far, I am happy with everything. He loves the food.

She’s there for about a month in Paradise Springs. It’s been very good so far. The room is adequate for what she needs. She doesn’t need anything bigger than that. I go there once or twice a week. The managers are all very accommodating. They’ve got an activity room; they don’t have a pool. My mother is 99 years old; she can’t do that much. It’s only 6 or 7 years old, so it’s a nice community. They really take good care of it.

My mom is in Paradise Springs. She has got an efficiency apartment and it is very nice. I put my mom in a place where she is safe and happy, and that is all that matters. They changed their management and I don't know them yet. I haven't had any problems, but I don't know them as well as the old management. The food is good. It is not a five-star gourmet restaurant, but it is okay.

Paradise Springs is like a big bed and breakfast. My mother has been there going on four weeks now I think. She seems very happy there. She likes the place. It has been a really good place for her. She has a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and a small kitchenette. She doesn't get out and do much as far as socially because she is on chemo, so she is not up to it, but this facility has been so far a really good place for her.

I have a friend at Paradise Spring, and it's very nice. My friend has beginner's Alzheimer's and this lady there was always ready and waiting for us when we got there. It's a different protocol, I don't know.
