My mother can be picky at times, however she has NO complaints about this facility. I agree, this place has the nicest staff, they are very helpful and caring in what they do. The facility offers games like Bingo, Dominoes, etc. There's literally nothing negative to say. The give her physical therapy, games and quizzes to help her mentally. They are present and makes sure that the patients take their medicine. The administrator and her staff does a great job...

My dad was in Pine Arbor for around three days in September before he checked himself out. It was closer to his home, it had a good review and the people were very nice working with me and took care of all the needs that I have to transfer him there. I really liked their facility. It was very clean, the people were very friendly and didn’t seem like a third world country. The staff was excellent. They went out of their way and they were working very hard with me with documentation and records, ensuring that my dad’s medications were there and that he received all of the treatment and help that he needed to move over. They also put a TV in his room and he was able to transfer to a room by himself which was what he needed. The food there was very good from what dad told me. He seemed to be happy with the food. They said they had activities like Bingo and they take them out shopping.
