My mom is at The Harvest of Roanoke. It's a very nice facility. She went in as assisted living with the evaluation to possibly put her in memory care. The food looked good. My mom is eating much better than where she was then. The rooms are very nice. It's a nice and very homey community. In the common area, they have games. It's very updated and beautifully decorated. The staff has been awesome. They've been wonderful. They embrace us when we come in, and keep us abreast of anything they think we should know. Their director, Monique, has been fabulous. And I have nothing negative at all to say to any of them. I noticed the residents did arts and crafts. There's an area where they can go in and play. They can get their hair done, and they have a place where they can go and watch movies. There's a lot of things that they do there. It's a little expensive, but for what we got, the level of care and everything, I think it's worth the money.
