We were there at Bonne Vie for rehab, and rehab was not really rehab. I mean, five minutes in the room is not rehab. The food was terrible. They had an exercise room and a library. The facility is beautiful.

The facility is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. However, that does not equate to good care. *unable to connect by phone to nurse *nursing not overly concerned about promptness when paged *kitchen closed, is the reply when patient needs something in the evening. Show no compassion. *nurses don't assess patient needs and act accordingly. *family members MUST be the first line of defense. *we had to remove our family member or they would have surely died for lack of care. If your love one is considering this facility make sure: 1) they must be strong 2) they must be vocal 3) and otherwise be well. Only if your love one needs physical therapy alone, would I recommend this facility.

Never will allow another love one to go to a facility. It was always something with the care. A pretty facility doesn’t mean patients are getting g the proper care . Management will flat out lie to you and make excuses when you have proof of the truth over and over through the years . Our love one lost their life due to an employee having their mask down . Yes she was wrote up . That didn’t bring my mother life back and 3 days later they were back to not wearing their mask . Which tells me they didn’t care they cost someone their life.

Disappointed in everything about the facility. I know CoVid made it difficult but communication with anyone there is nearly impossible. Once we were able to visit, we witnessed the poor care our Mother was receiving. She passed away last week and no one from Bonne Vie has bothered to reach out to us. So disgusted by their lack of compassion.

My mother was in Bonne Vie for short-term care. The physical therapy staff was outstanding and really good, and the nursing staff was okay, but they lacked a bit in communications. Other than that, the place is really great, very clean, but they just need to improve in their communication with each other.
