We're at The Conservatory at Plano. It's very nice. We furnish our own units and we have over a thousand square feet, two-bedroom, two-bath, so we're not complaining. They provide just about any kind of service you want. If they don't have it, they've got contacts that they'll get right on it. The staff is very friendly, very nice, and very accommodating. We don't have to worry about anything, really. They have cleaning service once a week, the whole bit. We take most of our meals in the hall for meals. We have a complete, full-sized kitchen here, so we can do our own, but we use the dining room mostly. It's not gourmet, but it's good, wholesome food. You can get plenty of it. You don't need to worry about not getting food. It's great. They have a whole side of the menu that you can order things off like in a restaurant. There's always something good to eat. There are all kinds of exercise. They've got exercise equipment. They have seated exercise. They have different kinds of crafts that you can do. There's a movie theater here. They have a nurse on-staff. There's just really everything you need in this community.

My aunt will be moving into The Conservatory at Plano. The staff was outstanding, very friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. They gave a good tour of the facilities and told us about all the amenities. The facility was beautiful. I loved all the amenities. The apartment units were all very nice. I didn't try the food, but my aunt and my cousin tried it, and they said it was delicious. My aunt is so excited to be moving there. She can't wait. She loved it.

We went to Conservatory At Plano. It was probably our favorite. It was excellent. The staff was great. The lady that works there that manages it was fantastic. She took us around to the rooms. She took us to lunch, too, and she was just very friendly. You feel very comfortable with her the minute you meet her. She was very outgoing, very friendly, and very concerned about your needs. She was just awesome. She was great. The rooms are nice. It's a beautiful facility. They have a large outdoor pool. They have all the amenities that the others have like lounge areas, a big, beautiful dining room, and a theater area where they'll show movies. It was very nice.

The Conservatory at Plano was a lovely place. It's bright, inviting, and probably a little bit upscale. It had a lot more appeal, and the apartments were a good size for a couple. We viewed some apartments, so we got a good feel for the place, and we would seriously consider it because they're right in line with the amenities and the cost.

We're moving into The Conservatory at Plano. We wanted to be closer to our daughter, and we wanted to move farther north. The Conservatory has the same amenities as where we are now, and that's what we needed. You pay a rental fee, and it includes your apartment and your food, access to the pool, exercise equipment, all the different activities that go on there, and transportation if needed. The staff is very professional, they are very nice, and they answered all our questions very nicely. The apartment is a two-bedroom-two-bath with a living room, dining room, and full kitchen. They have a dining area. It's very nice and professional, and it's large. It was a very nice facility and very friendly, and as we toured it the residents were very friendly.

My visit at The Conservatory at Plano was very good. They had all sorts of activities, like sewing, art, movies, going on outings, and so on. They served two meals a day and had exercise, a swimming pool, and a theater that looks quite impressive. We looked at a good two-bedroom apartment. There were loads of oil paintings everywhere.

It is hard to put into words what I feel about The Conservatory – Plano. I am in the business of introducing clients to senior living facilities with my company, Home Transitions. But when my mom decided to move out from San Diego to live near me in Plano, TX, I went on a 20 – facility look-see in Collin County. I whittled down the list to the top 6 and had my mom out for a week of her own review and decision. What she did not know was I had put a deposit down on an apartment at The Conservatory. It ended up, it was her decision too! Just moving from a daily view of the Pacific Ocean; country club life with 28 years of friends is transition enough! But add parting with most of your belongings and the impression that you are losing your independence, accepting the fact that you no longer can do for yourself. The Conservatory – Plano is like a summer breeze. It slowly envelops you with its beautiful surroundings but most importantly, the friendly, family support that lightly hugs and understands! You slowly loose the loss of the Pacific. You look forward to amazing meals in their dining room offering daily menus, personal service and maître/dining supervisors Pedro and John (who know your name Day 1): seat you with those they think you might enjoy meeting. It is a GREAT centerpiece to the facility and HUGE cornerstone to feeling you belong. From the start, the long-terms spoke about the friendly staff. It is why they are long-term and still enjoying the life! But two stand outs are Tobie and Kellie. Tobie was our first touch to The Conservatory! As the Admission Director, she helped us lock in a place (twice), supported little coordination issues with the move but… has the most generous and warm heart. She becomes your best friend as if you are the only one in the place! And Kellie is the ever-present Executive Director. She is relatively new herself yet knows everyone’s name, family, concerns and, I understand, has single-handedly made The Conservatory’s offer to the residents dramatically improved – noted by a full house! With a lot of words, I still have not keyed into what The Conservatory has done for my mom (and me) in her transition from the home she loved to a beautiful new lifestyle where she feels she belongs and can flourish. Thank –you.

I have been living in The Conservatory at Plano for six years. I love the place and recommend it highly. It is wonderful. The food is wonderful. I have my own apartment with a full kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. It is very nice. They also have two-bedrooms with two bathrooms available, but I have the single one. They have so much activities, but I just cannot do them anymore.

We were looking for an independent living facility for my mom. We had visited over 50 plus in the area. When I walked into the Conservatory, I was greeted by staff and by happy residents. My mom has her own apartment. She has been there over six months. We have not one complaint! We do have many positive points: EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE IS KIND and COMPASSIONATE! The food is good. The activities are fun. I have a picture my mom sent at the New Years Eve Party. They have so many events for holidays and just for fun. The residents are very active. They have movie night in their theatre. Recently used of the Super Bowl Party. My mom has been to museums, theaters, SMU, etc. My son likes the shuffle board area, and golf putting area. The pool is beautiful. The amenities are too many to mention. Having a driver to take the residents to a doctor appointment, store, library, hobby lobby, etc is an added bonus. However, the care and compassion is unsurpassed. My mom had three operations on her foot. They would bring her meals, insure she was ok. We use Advanced Senior Home Health and they go to my mom for PT. So, if you have a loved one who needs assistance they can help you with your needs. This facility is like a country club without the country club prices. It is the happy active residents and compassionate staff that make this place a home for many! FIVE STARS!

The Conservatory looks very nice, and it looks like they have rooms like a theater. They have an exercise room and rooms where they play games. They have a dining room, and they have a swimming pool; it’s very nice. The staff was very nice and very attentive. We’ve gone for lunch, and one time we went for their continental breakfast; everything was very good. I like its location. They had everything I needed.

We looked at The Terrace at Priceville, and the place is very good. It's a 1400 sq. ft. of living space, and it has a garage. It’s a very nice place. It has a two bedroom with a large living room and two bath. I like this facility compared to other places that I've seen so far.

The staff was very nice at The Conservatory at Plano. They were able to answer all the questions we had. The facility had very nice interior decorations. It looked very nice. The rooms were average and of average size for that industry.

We settled on an independent living facility called The Conservatory at Plano because there was a flexibility for independent. There was a personal driver that would take him anywhere within 10 miles with a 24-hour notice. There were group trips monthly to different activities like the casinos and things like that. The living accommodations were actually great. He would be in a 2-bedroom apartment unit that was almost a thousand square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen with granite counter top and new appliances. They had a free continental breakfast every day. They had free happy hour for residents and guests from 3:30 until 5:00 I believe which is beer, wine, and snacks. They also had a restaurant style dining facility that opens at 11:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., and included in your monthly fees is one meal a day in that facility. You could have a continental breakfast for free and then have a late lunch or early dinner and not even ever have to cook yourself, if you didn't want to. We would be moving him there on Saturday, but up to this point, the visits that we had made and the staff had just been great.

The Conservatory is a beautiful facility. It just has a real nice touch of class that we didn't find from the others. It's very elegant, and it just kind of fit who our mom is. The apartments are gorgeous, and the people are very friendly. We really like the staff. They were very kind. Also, you're locked in your rate for three years. They have these monitors on their doors, and if they don't open it within 24 hours, they call the occupants to make sure they're OK. They're very attentive. They have some very high level attention, so we really like that a lot. I would absolutely recommend them.

Conservatory at Plano was very, very nice. The working attitude of the staff was great. The apartments were very over-the-top expensive. It was like an upper class living. They had a lot of winding staircase. They're very high-class place. The food was very good. They had a lot of activities. For somebody who could afford to live there, I would recommend this place.

The Conservatory at Plano is a first-class facility and I liked it. I have two bedrooms and a kitchen. The food and sanitation is very good. We cleaned the apartment once a week. The staff was very good, friendly, and very patient. They did a good job.

I live many miles from Plano but a friend insisted I visit this community before mom and I made a decision for a more supportive environment for her. So, I visited the Conservatory at Plano. In the end, and disappointingly so, it was simply not close enough to where I live. But it opened my eyes for "what a place like this" could be! My visit was a great experience! If it were even reasonably close to my home, this would be my hands down choice for her. The community is exceedingly beautiful, but more importantly, the people working there made me feel welcome, and filled me with confidence that mom would be well looked after-like a bunch of old friends. If you are lucky enough to live in the Plano area, before you make a decision on a senior community, make sure you visit the Conservatory!

When I visited the Conservatory, I noticed that it wasn't like most caregiving places. It was more like a luxurious apartment complex with a theater and spa. The guests were happy, the staff was friendly, and it cannot be compared to other nursing homes, where the elderly feel confined to their room rather than have someone to help them walk around. I highly recommend this to anyone who wishes the best care for their family members who have reached retirement.
