The people at The Good Place are very congenial, the service is not bad, and the food is relatively good for an institution. The medical staff is superb, and they have visiting doctors and nurses that take good care of the patients. I've been very impressed with the medical care, and Medicare pays for it so I don't have to. The staff is very friendly. They don't provide anything in the way of equipment. They have exercise classes and bingo. It's very good for people who like to be sociable.

I went to Morada North Richland Hills. I liked the rooms. So, that would be my biggest like and least probably would be the upkeep. It was okay, but it wasn't as nice as the other ones we toured. The staff was very helpful. The structure of the building was fine. No problems. Cleanliness was fine as well. We liked the rooms and the layout. They were good.

Morada North Richland Hills is a single story. The facility is beautiful. It's all decorated with bright yellow linens. We were impressed when we walked in. They had one long hallway to the left and one to the right. The rooms were tiny. We looked at a woman's room. She let us go look at her room, and she had her twin bed against the wall. She had a recliner and a TV. It was tiny. After we told the staff that it was too expensive, and that all the other places were less expensive, she kind of turned her nose up at us. The staff needs to be a little more friendly. The residents weren't even friendly. My dad and sister waved at them, and in that whole lunchroom there were only four people who waved back. They just seemed kind of snooty for some reason.

The facility is clean but dated. The rooms are small and not well maintained. My father-in-law's air conditioner was broke for a long time and despite filing work orders, My husband had to fix it. The bath room needs to painted. The care staff is mediocre at best. They are rude and do not deliver medication on time, help with showers or laundry. No one answers the phone during off hours making it hard to contact someone for an urgent request. The food is terrible, worse that pubic school cafeteria food. The director is very nice, I would personally give her 5 stars. I would only recommend this place if it was the only place you could go.

The Good Place was good. The director was very helpful. She showed me everything. She took a lot of time asking questions about my dad and answered all my questions adequately. It was a very good experience visiting there. It was a much older building that had been remodeled to try and make it more modern, like giving residents more space. I just didn't like the views for my dad. Like the view from the window was a parking lot, and I didn't care for that part. The dining area was definitely well used. The residents enjoy their time there. The residents seemed very happy. It seemed like they did a lot of home cooking, which the residents seemed to enjoy quite a lot. That was nice. It had a homey feeling. All their staff members were very friendly and very accommodating.

We toured the Good Place. They have large garden pots, and when the residents want to plant, they have pots for them, and they can tend to their flowers. I thought that was very nice. I met a resident that was a good ambassador for the place and also the manager there. The one room we saw was under renovation, but we saw a resident's room, and that was very helpful. They have transportation to doctors' visits.

The Good Place seemed very warm and homey. They seemed to have a lot of activities going on for the residents. The staff was very helpful. They answered all questions and told me they had a long waiting list. I walk through the hallway but I was not able to visit the rooms. I thought it felt like home. I had a good feeling about the place.

My grandmother stays at this facility and I love it. It's really nice, people are always there to help if she needs it and they allow so many contracted services she never is without something. My grandmother had a stroke and has still not regain mobility of her leg and arm. Even with this challenge she gets along just fine. They offered her a scooter and they have very scooter and wheel chair friendly elevators around the property. They also have a very spacious parking lot so family members can visit their loved ones. I love this place. My grandma can be social and doesn't have to feel like she can't live for herself. I honestly feel like its added years onto her life because this place provides her with hope. I recommend this place to any and everyone who has a loved one that has suffered illness but still wants to continue living in a happy, clean, friendly environment.

Good Place took care Of my husband for almost a year. I found each and every one of them to be caring and loving. It was a great comfort to know that she was in good loving hands while I was at work. I don't know how to thank them enough. They are like angels on earth. It takes special people to do what they do. Very nice facility clean no odors and food was great a place to be called home. The only negative thing I have is having to pay for 2 weeks after my husband died because they allow the family members 2 weeks to pick up items left by the resident. Evidently I didn't realize that I signed for this payment to be made on the original contract. I gave all of my husband's belongings to one of the residents there--advised one CNA and the Executive Director but I still had to pay for the 2 weeks.
