Thankyou Tiffany for assisting me with seeing my mother. You went above and beyond in helping me schedule a Covid Protocol compliant visit with my mother. In these crazy times it's nice to know my mother has been in good hands. One staff member even put blue painters tape on the isolation room window my mother was in so I could locate it to see her. My mother has been in Stallings since 2016 and the staff has always been helpful and conscientious.

I rarely write bad reviews. The facility is not clean or kept up. My family member had trash and other things left strewn across the room for over 24 hours. The front desk was super cluttered with trash as well. I have pictures. There is a good deal of miscommunication between different members of leadership and the staff. They also kept some medication by accident, lost my family members walker and some clothes. I was initially hoping this would be a good fit since leadership communicated well with my prior. I would not recommend this facility.

Stallings Court is a beautiful building with a very experienced and knowledgeable social worker and a super sweet director of business development (Kelli Moore) that will go above and beyond to meet the needs of the patients and their families.

My dad was admitted to SC on 06/09/2019 and we were so glad we chose this facility. I cannot say anything negative about this place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. This was a new and scary experience for our family and we are so glad we chose SC. Kelly & Laurie in the business office are a life saver. The nursing staff are great and caring. PT & OT are amazing. If anyone are looking for a good, caring& clean place Stallings Court is your place!

They provided my loved one with excellent services. Then you have those residents or should I say family members who you can not please. Nothing makes them more happy than to see others in misery.

My mom was at Stallings Court and it was excellent. She stayed there during her rehabilitation period and they took good care of her. The dining area was clean and spacious. They have an exercise room and a TV room.

The place is poorly operated, I would never recommend SC to anyone, ever. Too many employees have chips on their shoulders and many are just pure lazy. Management is horrible. I held the medical Power of Attorney for my Grandmother, Stallings Court fully recognized it until my Granny fell and fractured her hip while heavily medicated with no safety precautions, then they claimed that my Medical POA was not valid. They then worked with my mother to get my POA revoked and prohibited me from stepping foot on the property. They can pretty much do what they want regardless of the Texas Dept on Aging, etc. Their activities are a joke and they truly do not care about the emotional welfare of the residents. The food is horrible as well. The story goes on, but I'll stop here.

The people are very friendly. However, when my friend would ask for care, it would take an hour or more for someone to come and see what she needed. The food is not all that great. The patients are getting tired of getting the same food and they don't like it. The rooms are very nice. They have a nice bathroom and plenty of closet space and decorated nice. However the rooms are kept clean and should be dusted regularly. If you are sick you need to be breathing dust.

Stallings Court is conveniently located to the Nacogdoches Medical Center. The people (nurses and administrators) were all very friendly and professional. My mother was very well taken care of. The ones who administered her therapy were also very thorough and professional. She was treated very well and ended up staying an extra week because she was not strong enough to go home. The facility was kept very clean and since it is a rather new facility, it had very nice bathrooms and ample room for both people staying there and for families visiting. The rooms were very comfortable and were a little on the cold side, but blankets were provided for. However, my mother is a diabetic and the food she was given for meals was not really on a diabetic's menu. We were disappointed at the foods that were given as choices. We felt that her menu should have been more for a diabetic.
