My mother has been at The Villa at Riverstone for almost a month now. They're nice, and she seems to like them so far. There are still COVID rules, but they allow visitations. She's a memory care patient, so they have puzzles, group activities, and anything geared towards helping a memory care patient. Everyone seems really nice. The menu looks good from what I remember. They have a nice facility.

I toured The Villa at Riverstone Memory Care. It was clean. It seemed nice. The rooms were good. That was the only one in that type of facility that I went to, and after looking at that one, I realized with my mother's state at that time, I felt more of a private group home would be better for her than the larger scale assisted living/nursing home type. The staff was very professional. They have a social room. Everybody looked clean and neat. Everything looked in order. I think it was an average place where they were safe and clean.

I was really impressed with The Villa at Riverstone. The family came together and decided to go a different way, but this place was really nice. I like the way it's structured in a circle, so that if the residents do wander, they end up right back at the same place. And the person that we met with was Jane, she was very courteous and professional. I really liked the warmth of the place, and she was very knowledgeable. The whole place was nice and clean. I really think that once the person adjusts, the activities that they provide would help them to meet other residents, and hopefully they'd develop some type of relationship that would further help them to adjust to the place. They have a gardening area where they could garden. One thing that really stuck out was the chef in that place will allow the residents to assist, and be like a sous chef if they wanted to. They have crafts, so that if they were independent and able to do some things, they could still manage with assistance.

During my tour, the people at The Villa at Riverstone were very good. It was a smaller place, but it was my first one so it didn't look small at the time and it was very nice. They had several residents involved in the living room with several activities. It was interesting and at first, I thought it was wonderful. But after seeing other places later, it was not my favorite and it's nowhere near my home. The staff that assisted me during the tour was very knowledgeable about what was going on, very nice and explained everything. Since I was looking first into the memory care section, I wasn't that impressed. It looked more like a hospital than a home. The rooms were clean, but it was just a single room and later on I saw other rooms that were nicer, cleaner, and newer. But it was nice. There's nothing wrong and actually, there's furniture in it, while for others you need to bring your own furniture.

This community is under new management. A very nice facility. We have worked very well with Jane to make arrangements for a family member to enter Villa. The facility offers good programs and accommodations for people needing memory care. They care about the needs of their residents.

I visited The Villa at Riverstone. The people were very nice. The facility was very nice, very clean, and well decorated. It was kind of built in a circle. It looked good. I didn't have a complaint with anything I saw. I just had a feeling that my husband might not be happy there. It felt a little enclosed, but they had places to go outside. The room looked nice. It was one of those Jack and Jill rooms, and it was very clean and nice. I was impressed with the room. I didn't meet any staff members. I only met the person that took me on the tour. I didn't see any people walking around, but the place was very pretty and very decorated for fall. I saw four ladies doing crafts and a man watching TV and that's all the activity I saw. It was in a nice area. It was next to some businesses. I liked the atmosphere. It looked clean from what I could see, and I didn't smell smells. I just walked around the hall and back and I didn't see enough, but I had a good visit with them. They offered me a really good deal to come there, but I found something that was 30 minutes closer to my house. They did a great job taking me around.
