My father moved to Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care. I like their facility, it's very clean. They had a lot of people out and moving around and interacting during the day, and I just felt comfortable there. Their rooms are very nice, we got the mid-sized room and they're a good size. They're not too small. Everyone I've met has been super friendly and helpful. Every time we have questions, they're there to answer them. I like them very much. I have not tried the food, but it looks good and looks healthy, they have a good variety. They just had a new activities director. They have a salon, an area that has snacks, the cafeteria, and they have a couple of lounging rooms and an activities room with a big-screen TV. I'm just really happy with them so far.

I visited Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care for my dad, and I liked it very well. It seemed pretty new. The staff was extremely friendly. It was the most expensive, but the most laid back that I have toured. The room they showed me was just wonderful. I liked it. The staff was great, helpful, and friendly. I really liked Midtowne because it's the closest one to our home. They showed me the dining room from the outside door. I was very happy with it and if the price were the same as the others, I would have had it in my top 2.

I have moved into Midtowne. It is new and nice. The people are very good. The staff members are very nice and very cordial. They're good listeners, too. I really like the staff, but there are always strange ones.

Midtowne was quite a new facility and only 85% full. I just liked the presentation and the looks of the place, and my husband did too, so that’s what we chose. They are very well-trained and very patient with people with dementia, and I’ve never found anything bad about it. The food is good. I’m not familiar with the assisted living part because my husband is in memory care, but they do have things for them to do and to stay active and not just stay in bed all day. Everything’s just fine; I’m very satisfied.

We liked everything about Midtowne Assisted Living. We were familiar with it because it was only about 15 miles west of us. It is very good. We like the people that we dealt with, and the ones that we’ve met are very friendly and very caring. They have community gardens: one with vegetables and one with herbs. They have Bible studies and card games. You can keep your own car, but they do provide transportation if you need it.

I was able to visit Midtown Assisted and Memory Care; it was a nice place. I like the staff because they were nice and friendly. What I didn’t like about the place is that it has two floors, which would not be a good fit for my grandmother.

Midtowne Asssisted Living and Memory Care is a brand new facility. It just opened about a month ago. The staff is excellent. The apartments are very nice, and they are very roomy. The dining room is beautiful. It is set up like a little nice restaurant. They have bible study, exercises, old-school physical therapy, walking clubs, and little field trips.
