The staff members in Cimarron Place are very friendly. The grounds are kept clean and neat, and the location is OK. My mother-in-law's apartment is a one-bedroom with a restroom, a microwave, and refrigerator. She seems to like it and thinks she's in a hotel. The place itself is pretty clean. It's not like a very exclusive community, but it's not shabby either.

I thought that Cimarron Place was nice and they were very personable. They take really good care of their residents. It's a small community, so it's like a big family as there are only 50 residents. So I thought it was really neat how they cared about their residents, it was very family-oriented there. The rooms were good and it's very clean there, so everything was super clean. Their dining area seemed nice, and they were constantly checking on everyone. They're very aware of their residents. They have activities like Bible studies, and they told me that a chef prepares the food.

I visited Cimarron Place. It was very nice and I liked the fact that it's one level, so people don't have to negotiate elevators and things like that. It looks to me that the staff is well-trained and it's a very secure place. Nobody can get in or out without somebody else knowing this. So that's good. The staff is friendly. It's very clean and very pretty, very nice, with lots of room, wide, wide hallways and tiled floor, which is good.

We chose Cimarron Place and my brother-in-law will be moving at the end of May. It was excellent. He is a veteran, and for the VA to pick up and help with the payment of this, it has to be an assisted living, and so he qualified for assisted living, and that's the route. It was kind of a financial decision, so this is a really good blessing. The facility is very clean. They seem to be very caring and very helpful, and they have answered questions, too. I've dealt with one of the directors, and he followed up to ensure that we had all the information we needed. The rooms are very clean and very roomy. There are no balconies or anything like that, but that's kind of the reason why we like it because he might wander off, so that's kind of why we chose that, too. Because of Covid, some of the amenities were closed, but they had separate rooms for games or get-togethers in the community. The cafeteria and the kitchen area were open. They have a sitting room and I saw larger rooms and things of that sort. They have lots of amenities.
