My mother moved in to Legend of Mansfield, and she loves it. She is on 7-day quarantine right now so she is not able to enjoy it, as far as taking advantage of what they offer. So far she loves the facility and the people that are coming in and out to take care of her during this time. She really had nothing but good stuff to say. The staff is super friendly. They have activities like a movie every day because they have a movie theater, and they do chair volleyball. It is not the cheapest place, but from everything I heard from her so far (and from other residents), the level of care is best. Out of the four places we saw, Lengend of Mansfield is the only one we saw where the room had a door that opens into the courtyard, and that was huge for us.

I toured recently for my Mother and was blown away by the hospitality. We were offered a lunch tour and then once they found out how much she loves to get her hair done they invited her to a spa day! The special touches shows me that they care and will go the extra mile.

I chose Legend of Mansfield for Mom. She wanted a place that was small in size. It's a new community and it's very clean. They have nice amenities. We did get to meet some of the residents and they hosted a lunch for us. We met one resident who had been there since the inception of the building, and that was very impressive. We met a couple of others that had been there for a year or two, and they just had really positive things to say about their experience. A very welcoming community, which is important, and talking to some of the existing residents who had nothing to say but good things. My mom enjoyed the food and the residents said that the food was excellent. We met one of the nurses. She was very engaging and very friendly. The receptionist was very accommodating. The rooms are a little small, but the nice thing about it is that once you get into the facility, and once a larger room becomes available, they will prioritize you to move into a larger room.

Legend of Mansfield was good. The place looks very clean. The people were very nice and very professional. They asked a lot of questions and they answered all my questions. The residents living there were very pleased with the place. They were very happy and the accommodations were immaculate. They were playing a game and a bunch of ladies were in this room, and they were having a great time.

We went to the Legend of Mansfield primarily the assisted living care of the area. We got to see a few of the rooms that they had on the assisted living side of it because that's where we would probably start. The grounds are well-kept, and they have a nice courtyard for the residents. Some of the rooms are accessible to the courtyard, which was kind of a nice feature. It's internal so it's kind of protected from outside. The halls were nice and wide. The facility was very clean. It had some nice amenities like a theater, a library, and rec rooms. The dining area was very nice, too. Everything I looked at was very top-notch. I didn't see anything that concerned me. Many of the aspects that Melissa, and the staff, covered during the tour were very appropriate. She talked about the laundry system, and social activities, and she gave me a calendar of activities. And she was very open with all the information. She provided a good comprehensive tour. I thought the place was very well-kept. It's a fairly new facility. I used to live near them, and I saw it starting to be built. So, it's in really, really nice condition and a nice accommodation.

Our favorite was Legend of Mansfield. It's a lovely community. The people there were very friendly. Lots of residents kept their doors open, so there was a sense of being at home and of sharing and community. Their facilities were lovely and their dining experience was probably better than most of the places that we visited. I visited with the head chef there, which was an unusual thing to get to do, and read menus. I think there was just a lot more attention paid to the dining experience, which I know from experience is extremely important to seniors because they don't have anything else but that, and bingo. The rooms were nice to me, it had a very good ratio of caregivers to residents, I liked the attitude of all the people that I met, and I also had some good recommendations from a physical therapist who works there and at other senior care homes. She recommended that particular one, and she was right. It was my favorite. We looked at an apartment, it was more than a studio, there was a separate bedroom and a separate sitting area. They're small, but nicely appointed, and looked like home. I was even shown a resident's apartment furnished. Somebody was quite anxious for me to see her apartment and all her furniture. So I went in and looked at how much furniture you can get into the apartment. That kind of friendliness pervaded the property and made an impression on me. It was a good layout, but the hallways were very, very long, and I was thinking about people on walkers and in wheelchairs trying to get to the dining room or the movie theater or I'm not sure how they could have fixed that without going to two floors. It was just maybe a little big for someone in my particular loved one's condition.

Legend of Mansfield is very nice. It is a step above senior apartments in general. They are pretty much geared toward loved ones who can't live on their own or are dependent. The staff who assisted me during the visit was very nice and very open. She was well prepared and said that she can accommodate, but like I told her, it's more than just the ones who come in doing laundry. The place is clean.

Beautiful facility, new and well kept. When we first moved in the food was really good, definitely would consider it “Gold Leaf” dining but it is going downhill quickly. Breakfast and lunches are pretty good but the evening meals are not the best. They seems to be just thrown together and not very nutritious. For the price we Are paying a Month they could definitely provide better more nutritious well planned meals. The chef when they first opened was amazing! But unfortunately we knew it wouldn’t last. So sad 😞 Seems like in the evenings and night they are running short staffed. The facility is now almost completely full and We don’t see that more evening and overnight staff has been added to help with residents needs. Hoping changes will be made soon to bring things back up to where it was when they first opened their doors. It’s really sad to see the quality dropping.

Legend of Mansfield was our top favorite. Everything looked perfect and it was brand new, but it's way too expensive and they were not open yet when we visited. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. They have an activity room with a lot of things for the people to do. The rooms were beautiful. They have private rooms, which were very nice and good sized, but we couldn't afford it. The one that they're going to put my dad in is a semi-private room. He would have his own little room, but the door would be open and he would have to share a bathroom with somebody else.
