The rooms are cleaned everyday and are very nice, with kitchenettes. The food was okay. At first the aide staff left some to be desired, but they made changes and the aides seemed to care and really want to do their job. The nurses were great, as was the wound care. The therapy department is A-number 1, topnotch. The physical therapy department is excellent and got my husband walking when I thought he would never walk again. They are great, I can't say enough about how good they and the occupational and speech therapy are. Thanks to everyone there. We love y'all

We went to Larkspur. I like how clean and how they had it painted and decorated. It's just pretty. And you have two people in one room, but the rooms are big enough. Sometimes I feel bad so I have to stay in bed and I don't have to associate with them. It's a nice place. It's just real friendly people. The nurses are friendly. So, I think I'll like the place a lot when I get in there. The person who gave the tour was just wonderful. She showed us everything. She showed us some of the things that we can do, which is they have a room for the games and different stuff like that. She was just very nice. And she's been very helpful to all of this, too. I was telling her and asking her about a few of the things that I wanted to know about the room, and if I could bring my recliner and different stuff, and she said she would find out for me. She said I could decorate the room however I wanted. I can put little whatnots and stuff in there. So, she explained a lot of stuff to me.

I am currently a resident. I love this place. The building is very nice and very clean. There are gardens, a chapel, little cafes and a couple of lunchrooms. Everyone's goal is the care of the patient and his/her needs. Everyone works hard to make this a "home away from home". They realize the difficult decisions that have to be made and are compassionate to address those needs. I am very thankful to them and all the staff here. God Bless Them All.

Very good facility with some excellent staff. I am paying for this service out of my pocket as my insurance quit and I really like some of the staff. They take good care.

Every time I visit my relative at Lockspur the facility was always clean. My relative room was always clean and he was always looking wonderful. Whenever I need it help with him. His staff will always count. Thank you Lockspur for helping my uncle I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs their relative in good care

This place is horrible. They are under staffed and do not care about the residents. The DON admitted herself she would never send her family there. They just want your money and do not care about the residents. They promise big stuff but do not live up to it. Horrible infections. Bad care. Do not send your family there.

I was truly displeased with the services provided by Larkspur. Initially, the staff of the facility was happy to get my family member in their facility, but within a weeks time, I was informed that we needed to be out in 20 days because we did not have a co-insurance for Medicare.

My experience at Larkspur with the rehab unit was very good. The rehab patients were treated more like nursing home patients by the general staff, but the therapists were very good. I was there for 20 days, and I thought it was a nice nursing home. The therapy side of it for my leg was very good, and the physical and occupational therapists were quite good. The dining area is very nice, the staff is very helpful to the clients, and you can feed a hundred people at a time and not have any problems. The patients are encouraged to help each other. The quality of the food was quite good. Some nursing staff were good, and some were not.
