Regent Care is great. My grandmother is much happier being there than when she was home alone. The staff treat her with so much respect and kindness she deserves. She does not get treated like just another member as I have read in other places. Their facility is always kept up. There has not been a time where I have gone to Regent's and they were not doing something to make it better. Their up-keeping is amazing. Grass is kept short and the rooms are always kept clean. Their staff is amazing! I can see my grandmother smile and each time I have arrived to see her I always see the staff having a chat with her asking about how she is and how her day has been. They know my family by name just by the conversations they have with her and the stories she shares with them. They have fun activities for their members which include indoors, like bingo or other random games, or outdoors which range depending on the weather but even I join in because it looks like so much fun. Overall this place is perfect and you can see that from my grandmother's smile.
