WoodCreek Bend Memory Care made me feel like they care about the caregiver as well. They weren't just only interested in the actual client. They took the time to see how I felt. They also made a point of letting me know that they are there. I was not rushed at all. They were there patiently to hear whatever questions I have, along with the place being very nice and active. I've seen the director himself being playful in the activity. The environment was great. The two ladies who I spoke to made it that way, and the director was active (not just in his office). The residents were lively because it was during the time when it was activity time. They were having fun, and it made it lively. The cook came out to even talk to me. They gave me a cake. They were very hospitable. The rooms were nice. They had a wall with the shared rooms, so you still have some type of a real good privacy. They have the outdoor space. They're very intentional when it comes to those with memory loss. They have certain colors in place, like green. They were very intentional as to how things were decorated and the type of colors. Their prices are even better considering the type of place it is. It's not a personal home, but they still had a reasonable price. I spent a whole hour and a half there. Everything looked fine. It was nice and clean.

WoodCreek Bend Memory Care looked great, and I liked it. I noticed that there were a lot of extras you get charged for, which was kind of high. They didn't have very many people there. The staff members were very kind. The food was very good, and I was very impressed. The facility looked very nice. The courtyard was pretty. It was close to our house, so it's perfect.

Excellent facility and very clean, staff are like family, and my wife receives very good care and medical attention. I also like the fact that the resident daily activities are great and published on a monthly basis. Family activities and dinners are planned and done on a regular basis which are fun and further allows the families to interact will all the staff and other resident families.

We moved mother in last September. The minute you walk in, you can tell that it’s very warm, loving, caring, compassionate, and respectful, and they just treat everyone with so much decency. It just shows; the staff is so professional and friendly. I’m really pleased with everything so far.
