Michelle's Care Home was such a small, clean place. I liked it. It was originally a family home. The staff was very friendly and showed me around, including available rooms. There weren't many activities; they were watching TV in nice, comfortable chairs, and someone was doing crossword puzzles.

My mother was here and was very well taken care of. I love that it is more like "home" than a "care facility". Home cooked meals daily. Staff is awesome!

My father-in-law stayed in Julie's Care Home (now Michelle's Care Home) for four days and while he was there, he became completely dehydrated and somewhat malnourished. I had asked them if he was drinking water and they told me he was. While he there, he didn't want to take his medicine but they didn't tell us. Then on Saturday morning, they called me and told me that he was no longer there. They had let him walk out the premises and they could not find him. They told me he could not have been gone an hour. They had not called the police either. and had not notified me right away. I immediately went there and searched the wooded area near Julie's Care Home and I found him there. They didn't want to call the ambulance so I called them and brought him to the hospital. I would not let my dog to spend a night there.
